They call me the day I was supposed to pick up the SUV and told me they didn't have one in and they would call me when they get one keep in mind I suppose have picked up the vehicle on Friday and it's Sunday and I still haven't heard nothing from them. That's very unprofessional. So in other words I never recieved the Vehicle.2,0 Poor

Communicate a little bit better called a couple of days before pickup and they said they may or may not have our vehicle. We reserved 2 1/2 weeks in advance should have been told sooner, But they did find us a great car an was very helpful.Easirent
