Cons:When I booked the car over the phone, the sales agent told me I’d get a discount if I showed them my State Farm card when we picked up the vehicle. However, that discount was not honored.

Cons:I got 3 vehicles that trip. The first two were not ready to be rented. It created a hassle in exchanging vehicles so I advise renters not to take vehicles at Enterprise that haven't been detailed or are not working properly. It put me in an uncomfortable position when switching vehicles.

Pros:Gave me a bigger car than I reserved. I was happy with the extra space.
Cons:I was late to my pickup and they called me telling me that my suv was ‘first come first serve basis’ that there was someone in the lobby needing an suv. So if you didn’t have enough cars available then why allow us to rent that specific vehicle size? It’s called a reservation for a reason. I paid for that size to be reserved for me.
Pros:Staff was friendly but pickup was very slow because car was not already clean and ready.
Pros:Absolutely nothing. Staff (the ONE guy that was there, named Dan, at the downtown Everett location, was verbally abusive to me, then told me to leave and refused to rent me a vehicle. That was on June 20. On June 24, despite being REFUSED SERVICE, Hertz took $375.33 out of my account anyway. Weird.
Cons:Evidently Dan is not only abusive, but a liar, and reported that he gave me a vehicle, even though he did not. I’ve tried twice to call, but no humans are available at customer service. I will never rent from Hertz, or purchase a rental from ANY third party again.
Cons:I reserved a compact car and was given a full sized king cab pickup truck. Hertz said I could exchange it the next day (a total inconvenience) for a compact car. When I returned all they had was a Toyota 4Runner SUV that wasn’t very clean and had an empty fuel tank. Avery frustrating experience.

Cons:The location downtown is not very convenient to the airport. It is about 20-25 minutes away. The Hertz people do not have a shuttle (yet) so they called us a LYFT and paid for it. The airport has only been open as a public airport for ~1.5 months, so the rental car systems are not quite in place.
Pros:This was literally the worst experience of my life. Starting with the staff not being friendly at all and providing 0 customer services. The plastic under the tire near the passenger seat completely came off less than half away to our destination.We spent a total of 2 hours of waiting for tow truck.
Cons:Better customer services, and reliable vehicles . In additional to all of our troubles, it looks like we're charged for towing . Unbelievable.
