Pretty easy with quick pass through paperwork, short walk to car.Cons:
Only one person at National/Alamo desk, so short line formed after flight. Floor of car had fair amount of dirt on it, especially around the edges.9,2 Wonderful

They told me my reservation had been cancelled a few days before my arrival but couldn't tell me who had done it or why. It wasn't done by me or Expedia. It took an hour to get it straightened out, they wouldn't give me my car at the contracted price and they didn't have the car I ordered.8,4 Very Good

We got an upgrade at the counter but the brand new Honda pilots did not have functioning air conditioning.. staff was understanding but could not refund our upgrade as requested. Manager called next day though and refunded our upgrade due to issue.10,0 Wonderful
