Cons:Pickup staff were rude and dismissive.
Pros:One needs to be very careful in checking puck up and drip off locations. My pick up was NOT at the airport . The airport location told me there would be a sleight upcharge to redo the reservation and start a new one. The price was DOUBLE and there is no refund on the Priceline reservation!
Cons:The airport should have helped there customer and traveler and explained to me where the other location was. They should have advised me to take a 30$ Cab ride and saved myself over 500$. I had to jump through hoops to get it right. In all fairness, the Representative at the OTHER location was awesome! He was helpful, honest and empathetic to my situation.
Cons:They could have actually had a car for me to rent instead of taking a reservation and leaving me stranded.
Pros:Easy peasy, grateful for the extra care to be safe with covid risk and staff was awesome!
Cons:cancelled reservation when the Enterprise counter at the airport informed me that they did not have my reservation
Pros:When they got to the airport, I realized I had booked the wrong pick up location. I was supposed to pick up the car in town instead of at the airport which is why I got such a reasonable rate. But when I explained situation to the manager, Justin, he matched the rate I was originally quoted which I was very thankful for, especially since I was traveling with a baby. We also got an amazing car, an SUV, which was an upgrade from the full-size vehicle we had reserved. Overall we had a great experience and I will be renting from Enterprise again.
Pros:Staff wasn't friendly. They were way under staffed.
Cons:Had to wait a hour to get my car. Poor location that hampered their ability to get the car turned around once received. Car want 2 clean one bit. Still had inventory markings on side window that I had to scrape off myself. Location closed at 3 pm so just dropped keys off.
Pros:The associate was extremely stressed due to lack of vehicles available to customers. He had only one other associate who was cleaning the vehicles. This location was poorly staffed and in dire need of vehicles for clients who had reserved a vehicle in advance. One client last name Weldon had reserved a vehicle well in advance. He had called the day before to inquire whether his vehicle would be waiting for him at the agreed upon hour. He was so sure all was in order that he took an Uber to this Cedar Park, Tx location. When he arrived at his appointed time, there was no vehicle for him, even though he had checked the day prior!!!!!!
Cons:1. More agents to ensure a product and timely service. We had to wait 2 hours plus to gain a vehicle by accident because a client declined her vehicle. 2. Sufficient employees to clean and service vehicles so that clients are happy to leave on time. 3. Enough vehicles for clients who are reserving!!!!!
Pros:Picking up vehicle the lady was not friendly at all. I was assigned a very dirty car. When I asked for a quick wash I was given.a.different car ( less dirty but newer). Dropping off the car, the guy was much more friendly.
Cons:Clean/wash the cars before customers pick them up!

Cons:I cancelled this car and hope to see that cancelled on my credit card. Within 10 minutes of making the reservation on your web site I realized it had been made for my own city, not the city I thought I was making it for - I was traveling to Orlando. I had paid for it when I made the reservation. It took 3 phone calls and almost an hour to learn that there was nothing I could do to change it. I had to cancel it and was told I would be charged a cancellation fee. This is outrageous. I had to made last minute plans for to go to a funeral in Orlando and using your sight added to my costs and my stress. I will never use your services again.
