Pros:
I liked the car and that is was easy to drop off. I also was thankful that I was able to leave my vehicle there overnight. Honestly, the workers were very friendly.Cons:
What ruined the experience for me was the wait time for the Elantra. What’s the point of reserving a vehicle at noon when it’s not ready when you get there 4 hours later. I showed up with my kids and with a little bit of flexibility in my tight schedule to pick up the car. I was told the car wasn’t on site and that it would take 15 minutes to be ready. I didn’t leave in the car until almost an hour later. If the manager would been honest about the time I could’ve left and made better use of the time. Instead it put me behind and i ended up getting a car that was rushed and also talked into some charges that I clearly explained I didn’t want because I already had coverage. I signed the paperwork anyway because I didn’t want to keep going back and forth with the worker. Anyways it changed my mood for the day and put me behind for an anniversary dinner I had with my fiancée and that’s enough for me never come back to the location. I really value my time.2,0 Poor

The girl at the counter was very friendly and helpful to all the customers at the pick up location. She offered that I could drop it off at the airport for free to save us the trouble of transporting all my luggage back over to the airport rental station and then into a bus to get to the airportCons:
Car was dirty and they marked it as a full tank when it was one bar down on the fuel meter. The airport location was very hard to find. I regret using any non airport location, because the service and the cars are not the same.10,0 Wonderful

The gas mileage was good .Cons:
The car reaped of cigarette smoke the whole time and had dog hair inside but all over the trunk it was gross to put our bags in there. We are not smokers or dog owners we should not have to adjust our comfort level for this or pay to be in this type of condition.6,0 Okay

Cons:
I'm used to airport locations that are obviously staffed with more people so this non airport location wad out of the norm for me. Staff were friendly and professional here but I ended up leaving probably half an hour later than I had hoped for. Aside from that I gave no complaints... decent vehicles at a decent price10,0 Wonderful

Could’ve done something besides turn me away from a booked car rental because I only had a prepaid American Express. Everything went great online but got denied at pickup after a 35 dollar Uber ride to Avis. Then 120 round trip Uber to visit my daughters. The rental was suppose to cost 50 bucks
