Pros:literally nothing about the experience.
Cons:I got the booking confirmation and was dropped off to pick up the car. only to be told "we have no cars for you" and absolute refusal to do anything to get me anywhere. had to miss my grandmother's memorial service because of this. very unhappy with this experience from the very beginning.
Pros:STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, BUT DID NOT HAVE THE VEHICLE THAT I RESERVED. WAS GIVEN A TRUCK THAT HAD BAD GAS MILEAGE.
Cons:MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE THE VEHICLE AVAILABLE THAT WAS RESERVED ON THE CONTRACT.
Pros:I liked the easy process to reserve a vehicle
Cons:If you are active duty you have to bring your LES when you pick up your vehicle. But no where beforehand is that disclosed. So I showed up at the reserved time, to pick up a vehicle and wasn’t able to because they needed my LES.
Pros:The van was in great condition.
Cons:Everything at enterprise, the people, the rudeness, the inability to do their job, lack of general knowledge about their job.
Pros:Did have car or substitute available. We left with no help.
Pros:We were a bit delayed, called ahead and they pushed our reservation. When we arrived they were waiting for a vehicle in our class to show up. We were traveling for our honeymoon. The rep that helped us was very friendly and helpful. As soon as a car showed up she checked it in and went to detail it herself so that we could get on the road. We even got upgraded for free.
