Not enough to outweigh the bad experience.I was charged more than the rental contract stated. I was charged for fuel when I returned the vehicle with a full tank of gas. I was also charged fees that should not have been charged. This is very disappointing and I formally reached out to Hertz to complain.

Drop off was super easyFlight arrived early staff said my vehicle wasn't available, nor were any others in the class, tried to up-sell for 3 times the agreed upon cost. Told me I would need to wait for 2 hours until my reservation. At reservation offered me my choice of 3 vehicles and when I went to pick it up there was an entire row of my class of vehicle available. Definitely walked away feeling like the desk clerk I first spoke with chose to inconvenience me because I wouldn't accept the up-sell.

Pickup did not hold the vehicle. They claimed I needed to provide my flight information (what form??) so that they know I'm coming. Why make a reservation if you don't KEEP the reservation?!

Staff at Car return was very helpful and respectful and seemed to be genuinely interested in my experience. They were very professional. The car I rented performed wellI am terribly disappointed with my experience at the counter to rent the car. The agent worked for Hertz who was providing service on behalf of Dollar was devious and misrepresented the terms of the rental agreement.

DisappointingSize of car with the luggage space I needed. Car was clean Too many seams on back of driver seat. Felt a bit uncomfortablyUpon arrival in STR there was NO car available. Had to take a taxi to my destination. 10 hours later, taxi back to airport to pick up the booked car. They told me they would take 1 day off my bill. Hope, that will happen. Had to pay CDW and TP insurance, which didn t show on your booking website.

Hidden fees and not enough information at pick upThe car was in good condition and cleanThere were hidden mandatory insurance fees and also exorbitant fuel coverage fees which are yet to be deposited back into my account despite returning the car full of petrol.
