They seemed understanding and offered me an upgrade.Cons:
Don’t change my reservation unless I say so. Someone changed the pick up time three hours later than what I said. I was given a large suv for $10 more than the reservation. Cost me more in gas as well.2,0 Poor

Showed several classes of cars and range of rental prices available on Kayak. You book, show up, and you're switched to a more expensive car with no options other than paying higher rate or going somewhere else.6,4 Okay

Pros:
No real problems once we got the car; however, it was such a quick turn-around that one person drove it in and dropped it off, and they took my info and gave me the keys. No interior vacuuming, etc, and no car was not even a window wash.Cons:
obviously, they are running too close to the margin on the cars they have available. Most agencies have a few extras in reserve. Also, adding a second driver was an additional $10 per day, which seemed excessive.10,0 Wonderful

lebanon branch had no cars but was able to reserve a car on kayak, inventory not accurate i guess but carmel branch stepped up and took great care of me.Hertz

The staff member was friendly, the pick up and drop off were easy and so convenient. We had never used this location before and weren’t even really aware the location existed. We will definitely use this location again. Value for vehicles rented was excellent!Cons:
We rented a truck to move our son. It was a bit dirty on the exterior and the bed of the truck needed to be swept with debris. The debris was minor. We cleaned it ourselves. Otherwise, the interior of the truck was spotless.10,0 Wonderful
