Pros: The first guy helping me was very adamate about NOT writing down prior marks that were on the car. My car had multiple cigarette burns and the Check Maintenance light was on. When I asked for a copy of this, the sales guy got very nasty. He was sighing and rolling his eyes. Kept saying it's in his computer and he wouldn't write it down. I then started to voice my concerns and the guy told me I had two choices! At that point I knew he was going to tell me to leave but luckily another guy stood up and took over and he was very nice and switched me out of that car and offered me multiple cars to choose from. But then he scared me half to death about getting into an accident and how my insurance wouldn't cover everything 100% due to their guidelines. The guy talked to me for about 10 min straight about getting " their" insurance. In the end I didn't but I have never been so worried in my life about driving a car. Needless to say, I will never rent from Enterpeise again. In fact my experience was so horrible and offensive, I plan on contacting the regional manager.
