Staff at the Fort Worth office did not have the car available that I rented but they came through for us.Cons:
It may have been better to have a place to drop off the rental that was closer to the city.10,0 Wonderful

Pros:
When I picked up the car, staff was friendly and showed me car controls.Cons:
Told me that the gas will be marked at 1/2 tank, but apparently wasn't and was charged after drop off. Since I didn't drop off at enterprise location, I only found out after I got final bill emailed.10,0 Wonderful

Pros:
before we placed the order online we have been to two car rental locarions ( one includes enterprise ) but the process got bit complicated since it involved an australian drivers licence and a bank card, but the whole process was very smooth through enterprise, they knew exactly the procedures, in less than ten minutes we had our car and enjoying vacation thanks kayak2,0 Poor
