The car was not ready at the time I requested it. I needed to wait for the interior to be cleaned then was asked to go to the car wash myself and get the car washed. Setting my family and I back behind schedule, once we were able to get on the road the check engine light came on and remained on the entirety of our trip. This experience was less than acceptable.

The price of renting the car from the hotel instead of the airport was much cheaper. Only thing was I had to call a number when I got to the hotel bc no agent was waiting for me. Was very accommodating when she arrived first car did not have power seats and I couldn’t see over steering wheel so she switched cars to a Camry which did and was a great car. Also said I could bring back to airport and extended the return time.
