Dissapointed and discouraged to rent from Hertz an
Pros: The saleswoman was very friendly and accommodating. She actually washed the car which in my opinion, should have been ready prior to my arrival, and being she's in sales, why is she the person washing the car?
Cons: I booked a full size car 4.5 hours prior to collecting the car. One was not available to me and therefore I had to go with a mid size car instead since this was all they had. The car was dirty on both the exterior and interior. The salesperson washed the exterior however the interior was badly stained. The fuel tank was on empty and after driving off the lot the idiot light for low air pressure in the tires went on. I would not book with Hertz again and gave them two stars only because of the saleslady.

Pros: Great service and very friendly concierge/car rental manager
Cons: Nothing - it’s super easy to pick up the car from the hotel everyone’s friendly and no long rental car lines.

Cons: 2 of 3 times I've rented from this location the car has been dirty and given to me with less than half a tank.
