Vehicle was hastily cleaned, as we upgraded last minute, but there remained evidence of previous renters (old spill, half full water bottle and some old food/candy under seat). We weren't allowed to use American Express at booking, and had to wait on the phone for over 30 minutes when we picked up the car to change the credit card information. The phone representative was unable to answer our questions and took an unnecessary amount of time to confirm that were were going to pay the amount we originally reserved the car at.9,6 Wonderful

Arrived and informed that car was in a satellite facility. The airport folks called the correct office and a gentleman came to airport to pick me up. Only ten minutes away. $100/day less than airport! Well worth it.5,6 Fair

The car was very suitable, would have enjoyed more room but gas mileage was sufficient and the value of this rental size was best.Cons:
One hour and 15 minutes for dropoff, very unacceptable. I understand things happen but that caused problems for myself as well. No representative was at the location when I arrived 45 minutes before close. The representative was apologetic and was obviously flustered with about 9 people and 5 transactions waiting. I wanted a receipt for my rental and was pleased I at least got that, which also took some doing because the system was trying to charge for an extra hour although I was there on time.
