The car was nice, drove well, and was overall a nice car for a good price.Cons:
The car was not cleaned well. At first, all looked fine, but the cup holders and in the cracks of the seats were filled with crumbs, and when I tried to wipe them out, there was something sticky. If the interior had been cleaned better, this would have been the perfect rental.7,2 Good

Horrible customer service!!! Could not even rent the car! Their work ours are different form the advertised and even when I told them that I am going to pick up the car they never waited to the given business hours and closed 60 minutes earlier. Even their main number is very dysfunctional and could not help me with anything by not allowing me to speak with any management stuff. Horrible Horrible consumer service. They did not close out the rental agreements until 2 days after I dropped off the car and I was charged an additional $300 that still hasn’t fallen off of my credit card! That is an extreme inconvenience and nothing was offered to make amends.Thrifty
