The customer service was great and the information was very thorough by the service consultant. The car was in good shape and ran good, even though it had a dashboard light on. Otherwise, I had a good experience.

Didn’t honor reservation price or car originally selected. Will not use kayak or third party companies anymore, these companies only honor reservations booked directly through them.

hise la reservasion y cuando llegue a recojer el carro..no tenian carros disponibles...se supone que por eso hase uno la reservasion para que le aparten el carro y es muy mal servicio el que le brindan😡😡😡

They didn't accept the price for the insurance that you guys were offering I ended it up paying more money for covering the car this is not good for any customer I won't rent any more a vehicle with you guys

I booked a car rental with Budget and when I arrived at the airport pick-up location, they had already given away my reserved car. I had to scramble to find a last-minute rental with another copmany.

Rude staffer did not honor the reservation, did not have the car available. I had to go to the Hertz counter and pay a same day rate, spending a fortune.Everything. The reservation was worthless.

The car should be illegal to rent. It was filthy dirty, had no wiper blades or windshield fluid, the steering wheel barely worked and the car vibrates when I went in excess of 30MPH. The airbag light was in so that also would not have deployed.

Maybe I didn't reserve the car with enough anticipation because when I arrived to the airport, the agent said there was no availability. I was puzzled because I got two confirmation emails stating I had a car reserved. But the agent said I need to reserve at least 24 hours in advance. They had no cars available. I got no car. I had to call car insurance to reimburse me my money.Car agency and Kayak need to have better communication and coordination so the client can know what to expect by arrival.

Nothing at all, it’s a rip off, they don’t give you options at all,car was dirty inside and out, no gas, not what I reserved, and the insurance I bought when made the reservation it’s NO good but theirs is the best!! I don’t understand if it’s a Budget franchise and they are all over the world the insurance from the USA and Bidget is from the USA some they make you buy theirs and make more $$ Now I have to call and get my reimbursement I hope I can get it back but I will NEVER rent from them again lCustomer service and options from the beginning
