Pick up schedule was perfectly on time. Friendly and helpful staff at pick up time. Drop off location was perfect. The body and windshield of the car were full of scratches, but the engine worked very well. Inside the car was very clean as well.

We signed up for a Toyota Rav 4 but ended up with a smaller Buick Encore which only just squeezed our luggage in! No rear section canopy to hide our luggage either. Disappointing.

You should have cars first then run the company. We booked 2 times within 2 weeks firstly they booked the car for us then the next day when we were ready to pickup the car they are informing us that they don't have cars right now , we have to have another 2-3 days. Such a poor management of staff, service and specially cars. Get the cats first so people can book when they urgently need it.

Rented the car, paid for the extra insurance. No car was available. Didn’t even call me to tell me a vehicle was unavailable.

When we tried to pick up our rental car in Banff, we were told that the order had been cancelled, but WE had not cancelled it! Tyler was a very kind and helpful employee who came through for us the next day with a rental car. We are most thankful to Tyler for his efforts! He is definitely an employee to be praised!
