The advertised price was $32 per day - no mention of insurance. When I collected the car I paid over $80. Insurance alone was $42. These hidden charges are bad. $80 per day for a car is excessive.9,6 Wonderful

Cons:
Unfortunately the car was extremely hard on fuel despite asking for an economy. I drove only 60 km on the highway with no traffic and it cost over $20 to refuel. The car did not run well, you could feel it shifting every gear like there was something wrong with it and it was an automatic. Other than that, it was okay. Yes the staff was helpful and polite. Most notably the return was exceptionally quick and easy.Cons:
More counter help. The customer in front of me asked EVERY question imaginable and some that were unimaginable and then of course the attendant was trying to up sell. Sorry but the last thing you want to do after a long day of traveling is to wait in line unnecessarily. Once they got done our transaction went smoothly and we were on our way.8,0 Very Good

The two telephone reps ( from Timbuck2) did not do anything they were asked to do even though they acknowledged they did. Vehicle was smaller than advertised even though the disclaimer may have shown that. Our vehicle was not similar to a Chev Tahoe by any standard.10,0 Wonderful
