Vincent, the rental agent at Nova Scotia's Stanfield Airport, stayed open to accomodate flights arriving late due to weather related delays. Although it was 2:00am, Vincent was friendly, cheerful, and professionally expedited everyone's rental. Vincent made many weary travelers leave with smiles on their faces. Thank you Vincent!

Excellent all around. Very friendly at pickup and drop off. Finally got the chance to drive a Tesla and it was so much fun. Plan your trip accordingly though as limited supercharging stations in Nova Scotia depending on where you are going.

Pick up was great -- staff at the Halifax airport desk were friendly and quick. Drop off was the easiest and fastest we've ever experienced in 30 years of travel. And the staff member who checked us in was very personable and polite. Will absolutely use Avis again for our next trip. Thanks for the great service!

Tried to upcharge me for winter tires that I did not want because they did not have a suitable car in the class I paid for. Ended up with a lower class of car but would not refund the difference in cost. Charged for a tank of gas at drop off even though the tank was filled. Will NOT rent from Hertz in the future.
