The reservation wasn't for the Airport location. The desk clerk wasn't any help and only offered to call me a cab. Called Hertz customer service which had to cancel the original pre-paid reservation. Made new reservation for the Airport location with a new price. Also $100 cancel fee.9,6 Wonderful

I didn't realize that the rental car was to be picked up in town rather than at the airport. Why was that not apparent? I'm not computer illiterate so why was this not front and center? An extra $50 for nothing and the rental fee was already high (we just had a rental in Wisconsin at a much lower rate for a much better car). Pushy attendant.2,0 Poor

Pros:
Drop off was difficult and unclear. There was only a small sign saying that budget was closed and to return car to avis. this should have been told to me at the time of pickup to avoid complications catching my flightCons:
they should have disclosed that they would not be "open" during my return hours and how to return the vehicle to prevent issues when trying to catch my flight after spending 30 minutes driving around the rental area and airport trying to figure it out for myself2,0 Poor

I rented a convertible to drive away from my wedding to our reception. They called me 10 minutes before pickup and said “whoever rented the convertible didn’t bring it back last night.” Upon calling them a second time and speaking to another representative, he informed me they never have convertibles, so whoever spoke to me the first time lied to me. Then he told me they couldn’t help me find the convertible at another local Enterprise and that they wouldn’t honor my Kayak prices. I spent over an hour ON MY WEDDING DAY on hold and talking to various clueless, helpless, hand-wringing local and corporate Enterprise employees. Long story short, we had to rent a convertible from Alamo and they were *AWESOME*, but it ended up being triple the price. Stay away from Enterprise. They’re hapless.8,0 Very Good

The team at the enterprise location were great-friendly and accommodating.Cons:
The price I was quoted on the booking site (kayak) was less than half of the price I was quoted when I arrived at the Enterprise location, even though the booking was finally done on an Enterprise website. The manager said that even though I had a quote in writing it could not be honored because it was made through a 3rd party site (again, final booking was done through Enterprise and they did have my reservation). Todd, the manager, went on to explain that the site did not understand the taxes in North Carolina, so they were not correct in their final quote. This made no sense at all, but I had already made plans that could not be cancelled and had no choice but to accept the higher price. The manager offered an upgrade at $5.00 more per day, but still far more than I had planned to pay and had I known would have made other arrangements. I won't book through a 3rd party site such as Kayak again since, even though I had a written quote, was told it could not be honored. I wonder why Enterprise did not inform me of this beforehand?10,0 Wonderful

Pros:
The enterprise location I paid for the car with couldn't pick me up, so they transferred it to a location that could pick me up, even though that location wasn't offering the price I paid. The car was new and pristine. I needed to rent a car while shopping for another. I was able to buy a car after only one day of my three day rental. They took it back after one day and credited me for the other two. I was able to return it to another location next to that dealership. No questions asked. Everyone was very kind and friendly.Cons:
Limited weekend hours. I got lucky and the location I went to was open, but trying to get in touch with anyone on the weekend proved impossible.10,0 Wonderful
