Customer service was great. The check in and out was easy. I just wish they had a location nearby like at Midway. Also it would be great if you could use your debit card instead of credit only.

They would not rent a car to me because they have a contract with the airline to only rent to people flying in and out of the airport. Plus tons of warning signs at the office about additional fees. Terrible company, mean desk people

This was the worst experience I have ever had. When I made the reservation I filled out all my details including the address which shows that I am a resident of the state of Illinois, however the reservation was made and the money was taken from my card, but when I came to pick up the car they told me they do not give cars to Illinois residents, left me with a child on the night without a car and did not refund my money. This to me is a complete scam.
