Pros:

Great car, excellent customer service, car in good shape

Cons:

Car was filthy inside, food under seats, windows had to be cleaned multiple times to get grease and grime off.

So many issues with this not being a full-time branch of Enterprise. Had to wait outside in the rain for someone to show up for a pre-arranged meeting time. Then the vehicle wasn’t ready and I had to wait for it to be hastily cleaned. I would expect that with Covid MORE attention would be paid to cleaning. Two other customers who arrived during my time there described similar frustrations with meeting times at this location and vehicles not being ready when promised.

I made a reservation and it was confirmed, when we got to the rental office they didn't have any cars and no explanation for what happened. Worst place ever.

Due to a very late UA arrival flight into Buffalo caused set back for me picking up rental vehicle on Pearl Street. The airport Hertz was understaffed for all the checkin's. The gal there said she couldn't help me. However, she recommended I walk across the street to Gensee to Hertz. Fortunately, it was short wait. Robbie was the efficient lifesaver!! He was super customer service minded--went the extra mile and got me on the road with my Van rental. The crew at this location certainly were more equipped to handle issues. Upon return, the guy (didn't get his name) however, was super customer friendly and took care of me with ease and efficiency. I definitely will rent from this location vs airport location! Thank You Hertz on Genesseo Street...U guy are terrific! Sheila Compton, from California

Worst car rental experience ever. Budget promised free insurance for our car rental - but still charged for insurance. Also, with their own words, they gave us upgraded car without us knowing that - and they charged us higher price because for that car. Please end your co-work with this shitty company! Also their customer service is super mean and non-professional, when we contacted them and wanted to clear things like adults. So sad :(

This rental location is a mess, and in a bad neighborhood. They did not have digital documents and used a dot matrix printer. To top it allnoff, they are trying to charge me $200 more than what the reservation says. Make sure to read the charges on the contract before you sign, even if the document is on paper printed from a dot matrix printer.

They included a fuel charge when dropping the vehicle off after I filled it up… I had to argue with them about the extra fee in order for them to waive the fee.
