Cons:
We got there to rent the car and they told us we needed paperwork that we didnt have. When we rented the car online nothing told us we would need proof of residency. Long story short i never got a car but im out $54 because of some insurance they cant refund.8,4 Very Good

Did not have available full size cars that I had requested. I was willing to go to nearest airport for full size car, but it would be much more expensive because of airport taxes. It was only five minutes away, but that much more? Ridiculous!2,0 Poor

Nothing. The staff treated me poorly and with disrespect. I would NEVER rent from the again.Cons:
I reserved a rental car and when I went in to get it I was told I couldn't rent it because I didn't have a credit card. Then I was told if I used my debit card (which I use for everything) I would need a copy of a utility bill. I then logged onto my account and produced a utility bill in my name and was then told it wasn't good enough, the bill had to have a zero balance. The bill wasn't due yet so I hadn't paid it. I have never been treated so poorly. I am convinced Enterprise does NOT want to honor these cheaper/bargain rentals so in turn they come up with any excuse in the book not to honor them. Shame on Enterprise for how they treat people.10,0 Wonderful

my rental was to be $85.92 car taxes surcharges and everything (plus another $20+ for insurance). I find that enterprise charged me $200 instead. I had a flat tire while traveling and after talking with both the national customer service and the office that I rented from, the best case scenario was that I MIGHT be reimbursed if I chose to buy a new tire and have it put on. So, I'm out waaaay more than I bargained for and was late getting to the event that I rented the car for. Disgusted!!2,0 Poor

Car wasn’t very clean. Pick up and drop off process took forever. Pick up too about 20-30 minutes, drop off was about 15. Every other time I’ve rented a car it’s been 5 minutes at the most.2,0 Poor

I was supposed to pick up the car by 6pm due to the location closing at 6pm. I called Budget customer service around 4pm to confirm reservation however when I went to pick up the car around 5 pm they told they wouldn t have any cars available until 9 am the next day! I asked them to check with another Budget location nearby but they said they was nothing they could do and that I could address a complaint by calling customer service! I was unable to get another car rental at the last minute and missed an important meeting. This is simply unacceptable.10,0 Wonderful

Staff was friendly. With a line they came out and started working with people who weren’t at the counter yet to speed up the process.Cons:
Asked for vehicle that fits 7 passengers with 4 suitcases, got a small Kia Sorento, with 7 people there might be room for 1 suitcase. Had nothing bigger for me so we were cramped the entire trip. There was dog hair all over inside and I had to ask them to vacuum because my family is allergic to dog hair. She said they had minivans available but would only give me one if the dog hair messed with my allergies after they vacuumed, which I wouldn’t know until I was already into my trip...10,0 Wonderful

Had to wait 1 1\2 hours to get the car we reserved. Very poor excuses why it was not available when scheduled. Extra $200 credit not explained until after rental was completed. We will not make the mistake of renting from Hertz again.7,6 Good
