I reserved a car the day before it was needed, then was told on the mornng that i had it reserved that there were no cars. This caused great distress and scrambling for other options. I would no recommend supporting Enterprise until they fix their rental process.2,0 Poor

I selected this rental because the price was extremely attractive, it only $11 per day.Cons:
My husband arrived at TYS only to be told that there was no enterprise counter at the airport. He then had to take a cab to the enterprise location which was some 20 minutes from the airport, resulting in a $30 fee. He also was charged a $50 drop off fee by enterprise for returning the car to the airport. The extra fees ended up totaling more than the car rental itself!Hertz
