Pickup and dropoff was greatThe car looked clean but I had cleaning wipes and looks are deceiving. I used a half of container of the cleaning wipes and they was black after cleaning the car after I picked it up. The seats had some stains and brown stuff on them

Drop off was easy.I did not like that the car that I chose was not available. This place has limited options. It took about 30-40minutes to get my car rental since they had to clean it. The car also did not have a full tank of gas. Recommend going to another place.

Excellent Customer Service!They called me to confirm my rental after I booked it (a human), which was a very nice touch. The staff at the rental counter were extremely friendly and got me in and out quick on pick-up and again on return. Very grateful for excellent staff at the Enterprise in Oak Lawn, Illinois (SW Hwy)

When I booked I said car rental at O'Hare Airport. Apparently I got an Enterprise car rental about 1 hours from the airport because it was cheapest. When I went to the Enterprise rental car at O'Hare, they told me that happens a lot, but they did not offer any customer service. It was like "oh well". I asked if they could book me a car there at their location and they said they couldn't. Finally, after asking what I should do, they gave me some of their"competitor" phone numbers at O'hare location and I contacted them. Of course it was more money and we had to take a shuttle back to the airport and then over to the other agency, but we finally got the car! Terrible experience!

The SUV was really nice to drive especially with the distance we were going. Very comfortable. They gave my husband an upgrade at no charge because it was his birthday.It would have been nice to be able to drop the car off at a closer location. They wanted to charge me to drop it closer to home, so I had to drop it off where I originally rented it from. Also, it would be nice to have all the cars equipped with a GPS at no charge. People can use their phone, but it would be nice to have it in the car..

The car was dirty. It had a tire that kept going flat with the lights in on the dash. It smelled like smoke.

NothingThey could have updated their system to not having any vehicles available! I secured a vehicle and then 2 hours later someone from hertz called me stating there were no vehicles in stock. And they looked around the area and nothing was available. Very frustrating and inconvenient. If I didnt answer the call while at work. I would have been driven to hertz and been left without a car.

I liked the location compared to other companies.The car's exterior had not been washed when I picked it up. Also, when I dropped off the car I walked into the office and there was no one in the office or the lot for a full 10 minutes...very weird. No explanation offered. The Ford Focus seemed to have some transmission problems.

Hertz NEVER AGAIN - I did not Rent the vehicleNOTHINGThere was Nothing I liked about the experience. My appointment was at 4:00 p.m., I called and informed them that I was running late. I arrived at the facility at 5:58, but they were closed, even though they were not suppose to close until 6:00 p.m., I was knocking at the door and calling the 800 customer service number when a young lady came out and stated "We close on time and walked away". When the customer service representative came on line she only wanted assist me with getting a vehicle from the airport at 100% of the amount I had already paid. Totally unhelpful and uncaring of the situation.

location information clarity neededWhen I eventually got a car, in Evanston, the service was good and the car was fine.I came from VA to Chicago on Xmas day. I assumed the pickup location was near the airport (Ohare). When I got to the Budget office adjacent to Ohare, it turned out I was in the wrong location. I needed to get to another location 30 miles away which had already closed for the day, in fact they had closed before my flight arrived at 2pm. The Ohare office had no extra cars so I was without a rental car to use to get to my Xmas day dinner with relatives. I got a rental in Evanston the next day. Needless to say, this was a frustrating experience. Any thoughts on how to avoid a repeat of the problem in the future?

Couldn't get a rentalNo one showed up to the location to work that day. When I arrived there were several other customers that had been waiting for 2 hours for someone to arrive. Customer service was no help.
