The staff was helpful when we picked up the rental van. The van wasn't super clean but wasn't bad. the van also had some electrical issues - the dash said a door was open that wasn't and it also said the tire pressure was low and it wasn't.We rented the van for one twenty-four hour period and prepaid for it through Kayak. Over that twenty-four hour period, our credit card got charged over $700. The charges all went away and things ended up fine and accurate, but seeing those charges on my card was a little unnerving. When I called the facility to ask about it, the gentleman I talked to was polite, respectful, and helpful. He told me to wait a day or two and if the charges were still there, to call him back and he'd get it straightened out.

Friendly, helpful staffHad to wait 24hrs to use a MasterCard debit card, and car had a leaking tire with a spike in it that had to be filled multiple times with air throughout the trip.

Vehicle ran well, gas mileage good!Vehicle did not live up to ad, very small not a 7 passenger 4 bag vehicle. we had five adults and 4 bags and were cramped!

nothing, tried to get it cancelled for over 2 weeks, and still don't know if it was cancelled or not!!!!!answer the phone or have a customer service person, or something that would help old people, that are not computer savaory. to assist us old people

The staff member I talked to was nice, I was in and out quickly and the rates were fine for the car I was driving (Chevy Sonic).I dropped off my car on a Sunday and the office was closed. I had been told to park in any of the open numbered stalls, but when I arrived the lot was full of cars that had probably also been dropped off during closed hours. It seems like they need a bigger lot if there are going to be so many cars, it was not easy to navigate, especially in the dark.

The manager, was not friendly, asked him if he need the insurance that I paid for, he said no didnt need to see it, didnt take me to the rental, pointed at it in the parking lot, and said thats it, didnt come out and do a walk around, for scratches or dings. suv had a very small fuel tank.the service, could of given me alittle bigger SUV, seens I was driving to flordia. couldnt write up, for me to get the suv a day earlier, so had to call the corporate office to get that done, they didnt understand why he couldnt of done either. nothing to write the time, date, milelage down.

Friendly serviceGreeted by a VERY personable young man from WI. Sorry i failed to note his name. Easy process. Car was clean and ready to go.No mention of $200 deposit until at desk for pick up.

They charged $195 in hidden fees! Now I have to run around and figure how how they did it so I can contest the credit card charge!
