Pros:

The vehicle was comfortable and roomy.

Cons:

Upon arrival at Enterprise to pick up vehicle not vehicles were available and had to wait for an hour for a vehicle to arrive. The vehicle had 1/8 tank of fuel upon arrival necessitating an immediate stop for fuel.

Staff was very helpful in getting us a car after we made the mistake of arriving at the wrong location. Then when the car they gave us was a smoker, they immediately gave us an exchange. Way different/better than hertz/dollar who didn't have our car at all two reservations in a row!

The staff was super friendly!!

Cons:

More car options. The airport location was sold out due to spring break, so we had to Uber 30min away to rent a car.

Pros:

George was very friendly and efficient.

Cons:

This location is only open 3 days a week and has 1 person working alone. Although he was able to do it all by himself, he needs help. The wait was long and no more cars were available by 10am. I had to go to a separate location to pick up a vehicle

Pros:

Absolutely nothing. This location ruined my vacation after telling me that they couldn’t rent convertibles from this location, even though I rented the car back in April (trip was September). Tried giving me a “deal” by not charging me extra for a “better” car.

Cons:

Everything. Worst location I’ve ever dealt with. Never tried to make the situation any better.
