The enterprise that the rental was booked through, did not have the reservation and then proceeded to try and put us in a smaller vehicle for more money. Told us they didn’t have have a similar vehicle to what was reserved and good luck finding one. Will never use them or Kayak again.8,4 Very Good

Customer service was good and didn't take a long time. Upgraded my vehicle free they were out of full size car.Cons:
We ran into some bad weather and the suv we were in didn't have good tires. We were slipping and sliding alot on road from the snow.Budget

the pick up was good but the return no one was at the counter and it was only 4:20 pm I think at that time someone should have been there.Cons:
