When I was picking up my car, a gold club member walked in, bare footed. But he was treated like a king and I was suddenly a peon. I was handed off to someone else to finish my transaction. And while we were outside inspecting the car, the first assistant deleted my transaction out of the computer so he could continue with the bare footed king. My assistant had to start all over. I've haven't been treated that badly in years.Avis

The desk clerk mumbled, was not overtly helpful. Finding the car in the lot was a challenge and no help was provided other than pointing in a general direction from behind the desk. the attendant who was working on a returned car parked right in front of us so we couldn't get out of the parking space in the lot. She looked at us several times and saw us waiting and did nothing ... Just slowly continued going about her business. We waited a long time for her to finally move the caro. When we returned the car the next day, the attendant mumbled a response to my question as to what to do with the keys. The driver of the shuttle bordered on sexually inappropriate comments to us (3 women).2,0 Poor
