It was NOT the deal of 35$ I was quoted from price line @ the enterprise on roseville road. They were deceiving, and I ended up paying 75$ instead if 35$ for 1 day rental. No matter what I said to dispute it, they refused to admit it was wrong of them I took the vehicle anyway, by then 330.I got rip6,8 Okay

They didn't show me how to operate the vehicle [a VW Bug]. I couldn't figure out how to start it. When I tried loading my belongings to leave for airport I couldn't open the trunk, couldn't move the seats forward [to place bags in rear]. efficient return at LAX however when I returned to my hotel I noticed that I was charged $105 more than my original agreement. When I called Budget (Customer Service is not available 24/7) I was told the difference was because I returned the car one hour early!!! But, they would go ahead and "honor" the original agreement. I have never had this problem with National or HeryzHertz

Staff wasn’t very friendly, complained that we weren’t sharp on time and she said she hoped she still had a car left for us although we had already paid. Proceeded to act surprise that there was a car left and didn’t even say which model or if same size that we had paid for. No information regarding vehicle and then said they would need to clean it now. Was a very quick clean. Probably not up to current standards.
