When I went to pick up the vehicle, I waited for 20 minutes before I spoke a staff. She told me no cars available!!!! Then the manager asked me to come inside .After a few minutes she told me to go outside and wait. Another staff came out and told me that no vehicle available. I showed the proof of confirmation, and I Asked why I'm not getting a vehicle , she told me there are so many other people made reservation before me. When I asked for the explanation she told me to get out of the office. Thank you Hertz for your excellent service 👏 😀 👍 🙌Avis

The Vero Beach, FL staff was both friendly and helpful. Even though she was really busy she was professional and helpful.Cons:
It would have nice to have a shuttle service to take me home after I dropped off the car. I live in town and fairly close to the drop-off location.6,0 Okay

trying to get a hold of anyone at the LAX Budget was impossible. Circular phone promts just for a simple question. Also, the Indiana Budget guy said if we returned the car a day early, that we'd get a day off of our payment and I didn't see reflected in our bill after we dropped off the vehicle.2,0 Poor
