Cons:
The car I reserved was not available at the airport. Instead it was located 10 miles from the airport and the location was closed before I could pick up the car. Left stranded at the Pittsburgh airport and no one at the Enterprise location would help unless I wanted to pay double and take a smaller car.6,0 Okay

A $200.00 deposit was required when I rented the vehicle (I was informed the deposit would be credited when I returned the vehicle.). When I returned the vehicle a day early, clean and without damage I was not given a receipt (paper or email.) Here we are 5 days later and no sign of my deposit. Disappointing.2,0 Poor

Cons:
Disappointed that I had to Uber back & forth to the airport which in essence added $50 on to my rental which nullified the great rate. Enterprise on Campbells Run Road in Pittsburgh would benefit its customers by shuttling its customers to the airport. Next time I will get a rental at the airport.Avis

The staff were quick to check in and check outCons:
The car still had garbage in it from the previous renter. Crumbs on the floor, the steering wheel was sticky and dried mud on the outside. Very unclean. Also a ‘maintenance required’ message came up on the dashboard half way through the trip.6,4 Okay

Pickup was easy and smooth.Cons:
Drop off: When I arrived at my dropoff location the lady told me I would be charged $200 for bring it to the wrong location. Turned out the Avis in Pittsburgh gave me the wrong car that was reserved for someone else, and because of this I had to pay for their mistake. I called customer service right after and fixed the fiasco, but I will not be getting my refund for up to 14 days. The lady at the drop off in Rome,NY was also not helpful.2,0 Poor

Cons:
My pickup was scheduled for 6 pm, and when I arrived at 6 the office was closed. The only Budget office still open was the airport and the were sold out of cars. So I had to wait until the next morning to pick up a car, forcing me to cancel appointments for the next morning. When I finally picked up the car the next morning they neglected to fill the windshield wiper fluid. It had recently snowed, and my windshield got so dirty on the turnpike that I couldn't see except for through one spot. It was extremely dangerous driving to the next rest stop where I purchase wiper fluid of my own. I am extremely disappointed.3,6 Poor

Cons:
Front fender of the car was not properly attached. Attendant didn't note on the rental agreement. Attendant receiving the car when I was done insists I had an accident with the car. If I had, there would be scratches on the fender. There aren't any--it looks like brand new except for that it's popping off the side of the car (I've kept the pictures). If I get charged for anything, I'll definitely never use Budget again (or Avis either).2,0 Poor
