The staff was very kind and helpful.Cons:
They seemed to be short staffed on the day of pickup. There was a long line when I got there. However, it didn't take a really long time. I had difficulty reaching the Somerset office by phone. I was on hold for over 20 min.10,0 Wonderful

Returned vehicle at a different location. Took 30 minutes to be helped, while employees were talking on cell phones, eating lunch at the counters etc. Very unprofessional at clermont fl location.Hertz

The price I paid overall was a fair price for the size vehicle and length of time I had itCons:
I did appreciate the way the manager treated me at checkout when I asked if there was a different vehicle available because I wasn't fond of a Kia. From that point on, the manager had a huge attitude issue and made it plain that she wished I wasn't there. The car i was given was dirty on the inside, it was supposed to have been cleaned before I got it but the cup holders were nasty, the center console area was disgusting, back seat cup holders had food in them and was sticky, the windows were nasty, ect. I had to put air in the right rear tire after getting it because the alarms started going off. When I returned the car, I informed them I had to air the tire up and they didn't act like they much cared about it.2,0 Poor

after booking my car rental on line I went to pick it up. I was told after I got there I could not rent it with a debit card but the amount was taken out of my account, They said it would take 5 to 7 days to be put back into my account. Enterprize let me rent one with a debit card.I will never use Hertz again. Not everyone has a credit card and they would not take cash.6,0 Okay

Center seat belt in the back had been cut out, was very inconvent. The middle seat would have been uselss had we not had a car seat with the anchor system.
