It took 30 minutes to drop off. No other place has a wait that long just for a simple receipt. They should prioritize drop offs.

Handy for the HolidaysMike was super customer friendly.The pick up took so long we ended up making our own arrangements to get there. To make up for it, when it looked like the drop off would take too long, Mike arranged and paid for an Uber.

They almost killed ChristmasAt least three guy who called me seemed genuinely remorseful even if he couldn't do anything for me.They called me 2 hours before I was supposed to get my car and informed me that they wouldn't have one for me. And then they just suggested I try one of their competitors and literally hoped that this hadn't ruined things for me. Fortunately, it didn't, but it was definitely a memorable Christians Eve failure on the part of Enterprise. I loathe them.

Showed up at 10:00 to pick up my car (to head to VT for the funeral of my best friend)...and was told 'they are closed' by person in adjoining business. Ended up not being able to locate a car nearby and had to use my own car (which is not in the best shape) for a 4 hour drive there and back. Do not understand why the owner could not have called me since, in order to get there (& back), I needed a Lyft. Be sure to CONTACT this location via phone before heading out or you might have a problem.

Nissan Versa Weekend RentalAppreciated that the 'flaws' on the car were identified on paperwork when car was picked up. Transaction was handled quickly and we were on our way in no time!! Car was in great shape; very clean and good mileage (Nissan Versa). No hassle using a debit card!!Only issue was that I could not leave my car in the area for the weekend that I was gone. At another location (Clifton), you could park on the street nearby, vehicle was safe and no hassle of needing a second driver.

Excellent ServiceThe car was great but the service as always at the Montclair location was the best. She is honest and upfront about fees and charges, knows all the details and can make helpful recommendations. And she knows her cars. She made the somber trip to a funeral so much less of a hassle and it was a less difficult day.No complaints

Terrible info about where to pick up the car. Completely overpriced car rental. Agent upsold me and basically forced me to take their insurance. Would not recommend.

Big bang for your money.Avis representative "Kenya" is very helpful and accommodating. We requested a mini van and she tied her best to help us acquire a minivan not just a 7 seat passenger vehicle.
