Pros:
The type of vehicle I choose for the trip.Cons:
The manager working with me and granting my ask of filling the gas tank up so all I have to do is fill it back up. It's a lot easier not having to worry about the level and where it is at when you drop it off. No one wants to put to much gas in the vehicle when they are dropping off. They should do this with all their cars. The Galesburg office where I live does it for me all the time because I rent locally a lot. Not having the one way charge would also have been nice. We were on a budget. I made an appointment with them to pick the vehicle up at noon but it wasn't ready until 1:30pm what is the point of making appointments if they are not going to keep them ? This vehicle should really not have been rented out because it pulled to the right kinda hard all the way home which wears you out on a 14 hr drive. The manager said well I wished you would have said something so we could have given you a different vehicle. I said well I needed to get on the road and you should always know what is going on with your vehicles. There is more but this is enough.2,0 Poor

Actually having the vehicle that I “reserved” would have been nice. What’s the point of a “reservation” if the vehicle is not available or reserved when I arrive. Enterprise really left me high and dry on this, and I will not use them again.7,6 Good

Pros:
No drop box access on Saturday when we attempted to return the vehicle. After driving back from North Georgia there was no place to return the key as Macon Airport was closed.Cons:
Needed drop box access. Location closed at Macon Airport when we returned with no place to leave key on Saturday evening. Had to return next day. Major inconvenience plus customer service upon calling to seek a solution after hours was not impressive.Budget

Pick up /drop off, easy as pie. The car was awesome.the thing that stood out most....the two ladies that work there, they couldn't have been kinder. I was in a bad mood(nothing to do with y'all!) And they brightened my day right on up! I will ABSOLUTELY be back!. Thank you.Cons:
Honestly, the only thing is location . The airport here is a little far out. Nothing you can do about that !! Worth it though!9,6 Wonderful

Only problem was just with the car was with the automatic lights button the tail lights didn't work at night another vehicle had to let me know they was not on but once the full lights was in the on position the tail lights came on4,4 Mediocre

Pros:
Enough space for me and my husband's luggage. The most inexpensive of all the other cars we saw online.Cons:
There was no one at the counter when we arrived so waited for quite a bit, about to 20-30 mins, to pick up the rental. Also, the lady seemed a bit annoyed that we came to pick up the car earlier than reserved. However our plans changed last minute. Lastly, in the rental after we had already left Macon the oil change light came on and the car wasn't running the greatest. Definitely a big turn off considering we were driving to Fort Lauderdale.2,0 Poor
