The pick up point was easy to find and get to. The guy (Alex) at the pick up point was very friendly and helpful and told us we could drop off at another, for us, more convenient location (which was also easy to find) for a small fee which proved to be extremely valuable because we accumulated lots of luggage! He didn't press us to take out any of the "usual" car hire add-on's, he asked once and when we said no he didn't ask further. The car was new, clean and reliable, we drove over 5000 miles and there was no issue. We found the online booking very easy and would recommend to everyone.2,0 Poor

I paid for a rental car on line with my debit card. I arrived to pickup the car only to find out that I couldn't because you don't accept debit cards. I want my money returned to my debit account. You accept credit cards only, so why accept payment via debit card?8,4 Very Good

We reserved a car but there were no cars. I expected to pay $78 but had to spend $210 to rake an uber to the airport rather than the rental car. The person at the desk said they were out of cars and asked corporate to stop allowing cars to be rented but there was no response.National
