Friendly & helpful. I didn't get the car I rented though. Drop off was easy, they didn't look at the vehicle when I dropped it off so if it was damaged in the parking lot I suppose I would get stuck with the bill. I was told they would look at it "sometime". Not impressed with Hertz at airport.Cons:
I rented a Chevy Impala, they gave me a smaller Hyundai. The car had Florida plates and summer tires that were 50% worn out. I had to drive 900 miles on winter roads. Hertz is looking for a law suite if someone gets hurt or killed because of bad/worn tires, especially in the winter.10,0 Wonderful

The people at the office in St Cloud were very nice. They even drove me and my kids over to Enterprise so that I could get a car from them.Cons:
I didn't get notified until a couple of hours before I was supposed to pick up the car that no car was available. The best they could do was give me a refund and leave me stranded with 3 kids in a city that was not my final destination where I didn't know anyone. I had to pay $300 more to get a car with another agency and they wouldn't even try to help with that. I will NEVER rent from Hertz again.Enterprise Rent-A-Car
