Pros:
Friendly & helpful. I didn't get the car I rented though. Drop off was easy, they didn't look at the vehicle when I dropped it off so if it was damaged in the parking lot I suppose I would get stuck with the bill. I was told they would look at it "sometime". Not impressed with Hertz at airport.Cons:
I rented a Chevy Impala, they gave me a smaller Hyundai. The car had Florida plates and summer tires that were 50% worn out. I had to drive 900 miles on winter roads. Hertz is looking for a law suite if someone gets hurt or killed because of bad/worn tires, especially in the winter.10,0 Wonderful

Pros:
The people at the office in St Cloud were very nice. They even drove me and my kids over to Enterprise so that I could get a car from them.Cons:
I didn't get notified until a couple of hours before I was supposed to pick up the car that no car was available. The best they could do was give me a refund and leave me stranded with 3 kids in a city that was not my final destination where I didn't know anyone. I had to pay $300 more to get a car with another agency and they wouldn't even try to help with that. I will NEVER rent from Hertz again.Enterprise

They upgraded our rental free of charge! The car was exactly what we needed! We had great peace of mind on our 2,000+ mile road trip. We didn’t want to bring it back!Cons:
It looked like there was some soda splashed around the cup holder in the bottom of the door, but it’s kinda understandable that that’d be overlooked with all the cleaning they have to do.9,2 Wonderful

Just to let you know that All of your Fantasy Cars do Not self Lock,I had a Nissan car whatever it was. Tell your Customers to just Use the Lock on the key ring. Thank you10,0 Wonderful

Enterprise staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They went the extra mile in terms of expediting the pick up of our rental. Vehicle was clean inside and in great working condition. No surprise charges at the end; all as promised/outlined in initial agreement.Easirent
