Cons: Had to go to somebody else as Alamo does not do one way cars.

Cons: I reserved a car (Altima or comparable) and was given a 4 x 4 pick up truck. It was a nice truck, but not what I wanted or needed.

Rental Experience
Pros: Car was available and ready. I regularly fly into a small airport in Bemedji, MN and then drive another 40 min to my destination in a very rural area. Rented cars from Hertz (no longer there) and Enterprise the previous 2 times, and both times they did not have cars available upon my arrival despite advance reservations. It's not exactly an area like NYC where you can go out and hail a cab. No car means your stranded. Thank you for not only taking a reservation, but keeping it. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
