Very friendly and helpful staff
Pros: Sonia, the lady on the desk who helped me each time was brilliant. Very smiley and helpful, and very kind! She was the reason I kept coming back to Enterprise for four separate rentals when I could have chicken another car hire place because it was a few euros cheaper.
Cons: I did get given a car with squeaky brakes at one point, but this was changed out by the lovely Sonia.
