Pros: Process was easy and staff was pretty friendly.Cons: Terrible car condition. Back bumper was totally split from car. It was hanging of and flapping in the wind. Not good for safety, noise, or efficiency.

Lack of information and waste of timePros: Picking the car and reservation was easy and the customer service woman was awesome, if I had warning on the deposit this would have been an amazing experienceCons: There was lack of information online about there being a double your cost deposit so I went unprepared and I live 30 min from the nearest pick up. If it would have been posted online that you'll need double your total in a deposit I would have gotten things prepared with my credit card. Ended up not getting the rental and cancelling plans to see family I haven't seen in 7 years.

CluelessPros: Not much really other than the location of the desk in the Corpus Christi airportCons: The rude customer service, inability to work with them to correct mistakes that they made. Some examples include, being told to give the damage sheet to the guard on the way out... there was no guard nor anyone around. I told them I wanted to extend my reservation. I was instructed to call in later with that. When I did, I was told I had to drive 4 hours back to the location I picked up the vehicle in order to change my original reservation. I followed the instructions of the desk attendant at the desk of pick up. I was then told since I cannot drive 8 hours (4 hours each way) out of my way, I would be charged a late fee.

Total lack of communicationCons: The two locations i rented from, San Antonio and Corpus Christi, have zero communication between them. I believe this is the main reason for my having to pay nearly double the estimated rate. When i tried to explain this to the Corpus Christi location, they had no idea or explanation. Truly horrible

Pros: Nothing.Cons: Went to pick up the car to find out there were no cars available. Spent over $40 in Lyft just to end up careless for a 5day trip we planned months ago. Complete waste of time. The staff was rude and didn’t care.

Pros: The car was nice, the clerk was friendly.Cons: Scheduled online. When I arrived, there were no cars available, and I had to wait approximately an hour for a car. The car was clean on the outside, but the inside had some spills that weren't wiped up and smelled like marijuana. No after hours drop off instructions were provided, closed at 6:00.

very disappointed in customer serviceCons: I have reserved a large car, supposed to be a Toyota Camry or similar. My pick up time for car was 12 noon. Driver who picked my up to get the car arrived late to my home. When we arrived at the Enterprises office, they DID NOT have a large car for me to pickup. They offered me two smaller vehicles and claimed they were large. They logged into their system indicating I picked my car up at 1PM. That was a lie. I waited in their lobby for a vehicle until 4:30 PM. It was ridiculous. I will never rent from the Water Street Enterprise location again. Seven other customers arrived to find the cars they reserved were not there either, while I was in the lobby.

Never again with EnterprisePros: not a single thingCons: Two times in one week I tried to rent a car from Enterprise both times they had nothing in stock. I would get if you come back at 4pm we might have something for you. I had placed an order on line the second time early in the morning for another rental, when I showed up to get the car around 1pm once again no car and pretty much told your sh-t out of luck

Pros: Nothing. Everything about this experience has been the worst I’ve ever encountered.Cons: My rental car was given away with no alternatives, I had to pay double to reserve one elsewhere, I then am over charged in addition to being accused of having the vehicle involved in an accident.

Pros: Was advised on day of vacation that our vehicle was not available. Call was disconnected by Gwen and then Kim @ Hertz Customer Service. Husband had to get a ride to the Hertz location in Corpus Christi TX to reach a human re: our situation. Customer Service Rep @ counter could not get our card to swipe correctly and said my husband could not have the car once he got there. Another person helped and swiped card on another credit card machine & rental was finally released to my husband. We have a special needs child and had not transportation until this matter was FINALLY resolved.Cons: We reserved a rental 2 weeks prior - it needed to be ready upon our arrival. Customer service should not disconnect callers. Rep at Hertz counter was unfriendly.

Cons: The desk agent was less than friendly and I was told that the car I wanted wasn't available at the location I booked it and would have to go pick one up at the airport or wait 3-4 hours for one to arrive at the current location. Drove the 20 minutes (out of our way) to the airport to pick up a car. The car we received was filthy and smelled so bad we drove for the first 30 minutes with the windows down. Following our drop off- I received a bill for the gas for the car from the first location to the airport location- which I was not told I would be responsible for and seemed like since I was doing them a favor, should not have been charged. We were also charge $300 for something I can't figure out and when we call to talk to someone, we are disconnected or receive a busy signal. So frustrating!
