Reserved a full size a week ahead reconfirmed full size by phone twice that day. Was given a compact instead. When I questioned what to do next time I reserve was told that they couldn’t control what was delivered8,0 Very Good

Did not get the car because of unknown deposit that takes up to 30 days to refund after car is returned. Would have rented it if that was known up front.Thrifty
