Nothing! Worst interaction I’ve ever had with ANY business! After 4 hours of waiting for a pickup, they brought me to a location that only had trucks and mini-vans available when my reservation was for a small economy car. Then they had the nerve to get upset with me for being mad! Nobody ever apologized!Cons:
They could have been up front from the start and told me either that they didn’t have the type of car I reserved, or that they couldn’t provide pickup. Instead, they led me on a wild goose for 4 hours (!) and never delivered.10,0 Excellent

My flight got in @12pm called Enterpise to set up pick up but they were CLOSED. I was not given any notice or phone call. It was our first trip to Phoenix to celebrate our 30Th. anniversary. not the way I ever imaged my trip was going to start off. I won't be planning any trips through this siteSilvercar

Pros:
We somehow got a special price on this rental, that being said, the service from staff, pick up, drop off and shuttle to and from the air were all first class. Very high tech coordination with the car unlocking when we got to the rental center. Included were satellite radio, navigation and surprisingly gas mileage over 40 mpg on the highway. This is a great rental opportunity for many.Cons:
There was the fact that the car was an Audi Quattro, so smaller than I would normally rent, compared to my Ford Edge, but I cannot complain about anything.10,0 Excellent
