Pros: They stole my money

Cons: Was unable to stay here due to room not being ready and was going to have to wait another hour and a half.

Pros: Friendly staff Good value

Cons: No frills Heavy use Loud bar nearby on weekends

Pros: Great value. Located off main road, but close to stores/restaurants. Easy to find and get around. Close to interstate. Pretty quiet at night. THE SHOWER!!! great multifunction showerhead we didn't expect to see. Love all the hardwood, and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons: Very little parking. Limited amenities due to Covid19.

Pros: Didn’t eat !

Cons: The floor was dirty ! Got your feet or your socks dirty !

Pros: The beds was amazing and so was the shower. All remodeled.

Cons: pillows sucked. Floor was NOT mopped.. and the overwhelming smell of air freshener gave me a headache No free breakfast like the site said there was.

Pros: We did like the shower and the look of the room, it was a very nice room if the beds were normal hotel standard types of beds but they were not.

Cons: The young lady at the check in looked liked 15. She was very disrespectful to my family. Didnt understand much of anything. The ice maker was out of order. The beds do move around because the beds are on metal frames that are very easily movable, because most of the night I had to pick up my pillows from the floor. The ac unit did not cool the room, so it was very difficult to sleep in our room. Also it was very noisy due to the club behind the hotel. Also the very rude lady gave us a foam parking pass to park at the hotel.

Pros: Location was good no breakfast because of Covid

Pros: Very nice staff and the room has a modern feel to it. The breakfast was decent.

Cons: Our bathroom door had a weird brown stain on both sides. Walls were thin so it was easy to hear the neighbors arriving at 1:30 a.m.

Pros: Very nice staff. Very clean. Free parking.

Cons: It was located in the middle of a very congested area. Three large hotels, garage, sitting by the I-75 entrance. With the virus protection their kitchen are was blocked off by plexi glass. No food near bye.

Cons: Pillows were flat -not comfortable

Pros: It was ground floor with smoking allowed. Wifi excellent. Beautiful views and within 2 mi of Ruby Falls and close to other attractions. Very scenic area.

Cons: Furniture old a d falling apart

Pros: They don't tell you you must pay a 100 or 200 deposit. And you only get it back if room is clean an no damage. Well left roo clean an no damage...still waiting on my deposit. I would notgo back there again.

Pros: Good bed, good size room and good location

Pros: Very clean. Management very professional.

Cons: smelled; spider on towel in bathroom, carpet sticky feeling, made kids take all of the covers off the bed and sleep under their blankets. If it was not 10:30 at night and exhausted, i would have gone elsewhere.

Pros: It is really clean and comfortable inn. The staff is wonderful to host (giving a good information and resolving some issues quickly....). We really appreciate his kindness and will get back if we have a chance to visit in the area later.

Pros: Workers were nice and being able to have our pet with us

Cons: Low quality everything. Not a good part of town. The people living there were very rude.

Cons: dirty sofa, unpainted door, wall showed something that was slightly painted. smelled of smoke and asked for nonsmoking
