Thanks to Marsy for taking great care of the room and to Marquida for doing double duty at the front desk and driving the van.

Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, especially for airport access, and many enjoyed the breakfast offerings. Several reviewers mentioned friendly and helpful staff, though experiences with service were mixed, with some reporting rude or unhelpful staff. Cleanliness received both positive and negative comments, with some rooms and areas described as clean while others had issues. Parking was a common complaint due to limited spaces and extra fees. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and breakfast, but improvements are needed in service consistency, cleanliness, and parking.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Staff was very nice and helpful
Cons (-) First room was dirty-found a cell phone, dirty sock on the floor, and eaten sunflower seeds all over the stained pull out couch. Moved to second room -it had stained headboards, ANOTHER dirty sock and a pee stained mattress on the pull out couch, and the phone was dead.
Pros (+) Location to the airport, that was convenient.
Cons (-) Cleanliness
Pros (+) The breakfast was very good. The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly.
Cons (-) The only things that could be improved are cosmetics. Molding that is damaged or missing needs to be replaced, stains on sofa should be cleaned or recovered, clean the stairwell areas. Excellent in all other respects.
Cons (-) Key didn’t work twice, room had an odor, and it was 2 doubles, I booked a king. Staff could have cared less.
Pros (+) This was a business trip for myself and business partner. I will never forget Anika, the front desk host. I have never seen someone work so hard. She catered to our every need and ensured we were taken care of. She always asked if we needed anything and was always visible just in case we did. She worked the front desk to check in customers in addition to taking our orders for food. The hotel room ...
Cons (-) The hotel is a bit dated and the elevator and internet connection was slow; however, the room was very very clean and spacious and the office chair was very comfortable.
