Shower was ok but tricky to direct. Would have liked facilities to make a drink in the room or else the machine used for their free afternoon tea be left out all the time.

We had a premium room with a balcony over the river and views of the mountain. It was perfect. Close to everything too. The nicest part was the helpfulness of the staff.
No complaints at all about this place except for the usual dislike of the shower in the bath.
