Cons (-) The breakfast is very lacking. Rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade. I’ve stayed here several times over the past 5 years and the hotel cia deteriorating rapidly.

Pros (+) Location was good, breakfast was ok.
Cons (-) Room was not presentable for staying over night. Water was running in bathtub that couldn't be shut off. The sink tail pipe was broken and leaked water all over the floor. The repair man assessed the situation and concluded that a room change was in order. This all happened at 10:30 pm and we didn't get moved to another room until after 11:30 pm. This was all very inconvenient

Pros (+) Great value! Fridge and freezer plus microwave and everyone we encountered was friendly. This is our new go to place for a quick trip to Orlando.

Pros (+) Very comfortable. A nice location and attractive rooms. Also very friendly staff!
Cons (-) There were some maintenance issues which required me to switch rooms twice (one leaky faucet and one broken lock). But the staff member who helped me with that was very courteous about it! It all worked out fine. Also the breakfast isn't the best, but also not the worst and is nice to have included.

Pros (+) Just about everything! The rooms were clean with nice decor. Location was excellent. Free breakfast offered much more than I expected. Staff was helpful and even seemed to do a little extra. For example, the staff at breakfast worked hard keeping stock up while while maintaining friendliness. Also, housekeeping took to daily positioning my daughter's stuffed animals.
Cons (-) Two downers: the elevators were a little shoddy in function (did not "need" them, just took them because kids wanted to, but if you have mobility issues be on the first or second floor), and the fitness center was all out of order and not remedied during the course of our stay.
