Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for shopping, transportation, and events. The staff were frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, contributing positively to guests' experiences. However, many reviewers expressed disappointment over the removal of the buffet breakfast, with several finding the new breakfast options unappetizing. Overall, the hotel is valued for its accessibility and service, but some facilities and amenities could be improved.
