Cons: Nothing
7,5 Good
Pros: Comfortable hotel compared to those in the area. Room was clean and staff was kind.
Cons: Expensive for what it is. Not really a 5-star hotel. Breakfast needs to be greatly improved. Shower was claustrophobic. Spa prices were unreasonable for the area.

Pros: Great location. Nice clean modern decor.
Cons: Air conditioning didn’t work Poor view from our room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean and quiet.
Cons: Didn’t stay long enough
7,1 Good
Pros: Great location. We had a balcony facing the ocean. We enjoyed the view very much. The hotel also has a very nice pool, which we didn't use, but it's nice to have the option :)
Cons: Room was old. Bed not comfortable, bedsheets were dirty (we didn't complain since we just stayed for a night). Hotel has a parking lot, but cost extra, we just used street parking.

7,5 Good
Pros: I must say the cleaners are very friendly! as well the smell after the cleaning was really nice. view was lovely! and receptionist too!
Cons: Breakfast. All the week was the same breakfast. I think the atmosphere of chatting or music or something there was really missing.
4,6 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Substandard facilities Paper thin walls Plywood bathroom doors
6,7 Good
Cons: The rooms have such thin walls you can actually hear your neighbors using the toilet - like they are in your bathroom. You can also see the light from the hallway through your door. The beds are not comfortable, especially for couples. Also the staff did not give us correct information about the city, especially restaurants.
7,9 Good
Pros: The room with sea view was amazing!! Epic sunsets.
Cons: It was ok. Nothing in special.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: I liked the friendly staff and the fact you get two rooms, good value for money! Was only staying for one night, but was a pleasant stay, the bed was comfy. Free wifi. breakfast, lunch, and dinner available.
Cons: It was a little drive to the main busy city, we had a car so was fine but if you don't have a car it will be a bit of a walk. It costs extra for parking but you can find free parking nearby. No mini fridge
7,5 Good
Pros: The location is very good. The hotel yard continued to the beach as promised. Our cleanig lady was superior, although we did not have a common language all our requests were handled nicely and with devotion.
Cons: Breakfast was plentiful but boring, no variation between mornings. Lunch and dinner (tried only once) were disappointments.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Very close to beach. Good breakfast.
Cons: Very old and outdated rooms.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Basically everything! The place is amazing and clean, the location is neat since it's really close to Castelsardo but the most awesome thing is that it has its own private beach! Definitely worth it!
Cons: The only downside is that water in the structure is not drinkable, but I guess it's normal for Sardinia since it's an island and I suppose they get water from the sea which can just be partially purified. Anyway it was possible to buy water in the structure so it was ok in the end.

Pros: All staff were super friendly & helpful. We also left some money behind & they called to let us know so we could turn back & collect it. The rooms are quite big for Italian rm standards & very clean & comfortable. Nice bathroom too.
4,2 Okay
Pros: Great view of beach
Cons: It's actually a 2 star not 4 star The main hotel is probably a 3/4 star. Breakfast included is not existent. Alot of stale food and probably about 10 choices. The swimming pool is actually at another hotel so don't let the pictures fool you.
4,2 Okay
Cons: When we wanted to check-in, nobody was at the reception. After 15 min a woman showed up without apologizing or any explanation. We had a room close to the reception where it was really loud, no sleep possible after 7.30! Our room was very dark, lights were not sufficient. Maids were screaming while cleaning the rooms so we felt very disturbed and went outside just to get some quiet. Shower was very small! I found plastic in my breakfast (porridge). Pool was not in the same building but 100meters down the road.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location, beachfront, cleanness

Cons: Not a problem for us, but the resort is located on top of a hill, so walking to beach is a steep walk back.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Nice and clean room with great view, good service by nice staff, good breakfast and amazing resaurant, wonderful atmosphere etc.
Cons: Too good atmosphere to relax with small child (We were the only family with small one at that time)
5,0 Okay
Pros: When the wedding was finally over.
Cons: Hotel managers are arranging big weddings without warnings while we stayed there, it was a nightmare. Constant noise as you would expect until 11 pm, parking jammed, quite the contrary of an enjoyable relaxed stay. No discount whatsoever on the high prices they charge as well.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Top location, top services, wonderful view on Castelsardo. Very good restaurant.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Panoramic views over ocean and Castelsardo, great staff, fantastic restaurant on site for dinner (we went twice for the duck appetizer). Lots of little private areas to sit/lay and relax with a book or drink. Very private, close to town, would stay again. Wifi not the fastest but who cares for a few days with all the pluses. Very nice breakfast. Saw a hummingbird hawk-moth in the flowers off of our deck. Lots of storage and flat surfaces for your belongings.
Cons: The entrance coming up wasn’t very welcoming, and had to assume where the lobby was and where to initially park. Not a reason to not stay though. Loved it overall!

Pros: Everything was great, except breakfast.
Cons: Everything was great, but i can not go throught this without mention it. It is absourd that at breakfast I can not take apple to the room and the staff forbidden to me and girlfriend. I changed 7hotels in 14days at Sardegna, much bigger hotels with 4* like yours and no one complaint on fruit ... Just for reflection...
8,8 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is extremely clean, easy free parking just few meters away. In front of a busy street so can get noisy. The closest beach was rocky but water was warm. Breakfast were very good and coffee was excellent!

Pros: The location close to Castelsardo is just perfect. Breakfast is very good in quantity and quality.
Cons: We paid internet connection for 1 day and we were not notified that the access was for only one device. Cons: Maybe it's more pleasant in summer, but to have breakfast, you have to cross the road and enter the opposite building. Not efficient and noisy air conditioner, it took hours to heat the room. Our room was spotless, comfortable and had a great balcony to enjoy the amazing sunsets at Castelsardo. The included breakfast each day was delicious and with lots of variety. Fresh fruits , local cheeses and meats , along with fresh homemade cakes . Absolutely delicious. You can easily walk from the B&B for a meal or a delicious gelato. If you choose to go to the beach it is a short walk. If you want to see other beaches there are several short drives to Pelosa Beach, Isola Rossa or many other spots.

5,4 Okay
Pros: Lage und Pool
Cons: The beautiful cove on the photo of their website is a remote cove on the Isola Asinara. I doubt that any hotel guest has ever been to this cove. The room is dark. There are not enough lamps. (There are quite a few light switches on the wall, but as far as I can tell they don't do anything.) The bedside tables smell really musty. There is little shelf-space / space to put things, both in the main room and the bathroom. One picture was half hidden behind the cupboard. Is it art? The toilet corner is rather tight. (Despite plenty of space in the bathroom otherwise.) When it's windy there is an annoying knocking sound from somewhere in the building. The cleaning lady once left the door to the garden open. Once there was a big wedding at the hotel. We were not informed beforehand. There first was only one chair. There is no kettle. There are no coat hooks. Outside, both sides are constantly illuminated during the night. There's a towel rack with the theoretical possibility to heat. It was never hot. Guests can't turn it on or off. You can't tilt the bathroom window (anymore). In the shower there's nothing to put your shower gel, shampoo on. Wifi had no internet connection. Breakfast is good, but not very good. There is no variety. There are no home-made things. There are already opened jam jars on the tables. There's a lack of "warmth / personal care / familiar atmosphere". During our 8 night stay we were, e.g., never asked whether we enjoyed our stay, whether everything was alright etc. Even though the hotel only has 10 rooms.
7,1 Good
Pros: Staff lovely and friendly. Restaurant really good. Baba Baga Pizza definitely recommend. Great Hercules Sardinian Wine...one of the finest.
Cons: Rooms a bit dated and terrace chairs outside our room broken.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff at the hotel desk was excellent and very helpful. The location is brilliant. The hotel is very relaxing.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The panoramic views of the sea and Castelsardo were stunning. The staff were friendly and informative, and the rooms were spacious. There are only eight rooms too, which means it never felt crowded. The restaurant is well worth a visit. Great views and amazing g food.
Cons: The showers could do with an upgrade..
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location just a short car journey and short walk to centre Good breakfast with views overlooking the sea
Cons: You needed a car to get to the centre as the walk to the town was on a main road with no pavements
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is beautiful. Great views of Castelsardo from both our room and the restaurant. Infinity pool was a very pleasant surprise! Breakfast was the best from all our stays and the food at their restaurant was delicious, specially the pizzas and the caprese salad. Will definitely come back!
Cons: Nothing.
7,1 Good
Pros: The swimming pool area clean, sun beds modern. Beautiful view, friendly staff.
Cons: The room was very basic, no tea/ coffee making facilities in room, patio doors lead onto minute decking then straight onto soil, no grass. Hole in towel, towels old. Door mat to room dirty and old. Dated bedside light flex. Poor decoration. Restaurant for meal in evening very expensive, along with wine, only ate there once because if this. You would be risking your life if you had to walk from the hotel to the village as very busy and dangerous road.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice clean comfortable
Cons: Safe didn’t work and the room was open after cleaning

10,0 Excellent
Pros: One of the best place I've ever been. Mr Roberto, you and your family are the best! Tasty breakfasts, cozy and clean room, nice location in gorgeous town. In my opinion: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was very special, being in the historic town center. Nice restaurants and the beautiful view from the castle walls are a 2 minute walk away. Although our room was small, I would expect most B&B's in the town center (inside the castle walls - not a large area) would have "cosy" spaces. The proprietors (husband and wife) were very welcoming and we enjoyed talking to them - between their passable English and my wife's smattering of Italian we got along well.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The bedroom was big with a terrace looking over the sea. Breakfast on the terace. the place where we stay was quiet and centralise.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great in the middle of the old town of Castelsardo. Roberto was a very kind and helpful host, and he arraged for us a wonderful breakfast on his rooftop with beautiful views of the Churchtower and the sea. We can highly recommend this place!

Pros: Bed sleeps well and Breakfast is good, on the terras on top of the house in the sunshine, with olive oil from the friendly owner Manuele among other typical food from Sardegna. Free parking around the B&B.
Cons: Bathroom is good, but a little bit outdated.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: For 18 days - yes, 18 - I stayed at Il Tramonto and could not speak more highly of the entire experience. As others have stated, beyond the exceptional location, clean and comfortable rooms, and wonderful breakfast every morning, the best aspect of the entire stay was the host - Manuele. He is a genuine and exceptionally helpful person. To provide an example, my brother stayed with me for a week and his departing flight was canceled on the same day that I was - quite honestly - already drunk at a Sardinian wedding. No problem at all as Manuele drove him back to the airport once the flights were sorted out. He knows the area and the best places to go and is happy to give you as much or as little information as you'd like. Phenomenal experience! Thank you, Manuele. I will be back!
Cons: That I had to leave? Nothing else.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely big, clean room. Plenty of reviews about the breakfast and it is all true;the best breakfast in Sardinia by a mile. Friendly host and easy walk to the beach/old town
Cons: Nothing. There was some street noise but nothing the property could do about that.
10,0 Excellent
Cons: Manuele is a very friendly host. He cooks the most beautiful fresh breakfast (we had bruscetta’s with homemade olive oil and fresh herbs and everything - the best during our holiday!) breakfast on the roof is really nice, also very easy to walk to all the restaurants and into the city center. Lovely bathroom. Highly recommended.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: - Best breakfast I ever had in Sardinia (prepared by Manuele) - The room was clean and get the AC - The location (in the new town close to the old town)
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice host! Fantastic breakfast! Beautiful room, in the centre perfect.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Manuel the owner is simply amazing he is such a really nice guy! The breakfast produce of fresh peaches, olive oil, tomatoes and herbs are all grown in his garden and on the terrace. His homemade fig jam is to die for and his knowledge of were to visit and which restaurants to use was invaluable. The B&B is clean, spacious and in the town in easy walking distance to everything so no need to use the car at night. Parking is free and on the road outside and we did not have any trouble finding a space. Manuel gave us a bag with two beach towels and two beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use, how thoughtful. We are now staying in a hotel in the south costing four times as much and were happier in Manuel’s B&B. If we visit Castelsardo again this is the only place we would choose to stay and would thoroughly recommend to anybody and friends and family.
Cons: Nothing, all good!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hospitality of Manuele and his father Paolo was amazing. The place is very well located and the breakfast is excellent. There is a washer that you can use for free. Both Manuele and Paolo gave us suggestions about places, restaurantes and beaches to visit. Wifi worked perfect. We would love to come back!
Cons: Nothing to say here.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Good location, with plenty of parking spaces nearby (mid June). The breakfast was brilliant, and Manuele was very helpful and went out of his way to help us with every question or request, including restaurant recommendations. The room was well equipped and the terrace upstairs was lovely. I enjoyed the stay and would be happy to recommend it or stay there again. Overall, good value for money.
Cons: Nothing that I can think of.

Pros: Very unique, clean, spacious. Very quiet and helpful staff. The property had a cosy Sardinian feel. The bed was very comfortable, had air conditioning and it was well equipped; hairdryer, iron. The hosts were ever so helpful, provided everything we needed. Very homely feel.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The room was spacious and really nice decorated. It was very comfortable and had all the facilities we wanted!
Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like! Everything was very well placed. Only thing we struggled but not that important it was that the landlord didn’t speak any English so we couldn’t ask for more information about where to go and what to do during the day.

Pros: Nice breakfast
Cons: Dark room
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very beautiful and original interior, very kind owners. We can definitely recommend.

Pros: Absolutely beautiful, above our expectations and much better then on the pictures. And a very comfortable bed! The favourite accomodation of our Sardinian trip!
Cons: The only slight drowback is the location, but if you are with a car, it's not a problem!

Pros: Bed sleeps well and Breakfast is good, on the terras on top of the house in the sunshine, with olive oil from the friendly owner Manuele among other typical food from Sardegna. Free parking around the B&B.
Cons: Bathroom is good, but a little bit outdated.

Pros: - Best breakfast I ever had in Sardinia (prepared by Manuele) - The room was clean and get the AC - The location (in the new town close to the old town)

Pros: Very nice host! Fantastic breakfast! Beautiful room, in the centre perfect.

Pros: The bedroom was big with a terrace looking over the sea. Breakfast on the terace. the place where we stay was quiet and centralise.
