Pros: Sergio, Antonina and Franceso are fantastic hosts. They always had a smile and great suggestions to offer for each part of my stay. The room was modern and well thought out. Very clean.

Cons: We arrived after traveling for 3 hrs, we couldn't find hotel, due to sign being so small, and covered with foliage. To add to our discomfort, we reserved a double room with balcony, when hotel staff showed us the room, it was so small, could hardly walk around the bed. Told her the room was unacceptable, and that we were leaving, so in turn she called owner, and asked us if we would stay 1 night in that room, then next day we could change rooms. So we decided to stay. Shower was so small, could hardly get in and out. Every morning around 7:00 am, the staff preparing breakfast upstairs woke us up. Very disappointed!! Would not ever return!

Pros: Close to beach. Desk manager was extremely helpful by offering to print boarding passes for our upcoming sailing. He, and all the staff were very polite pleasant. Great place by the beach.

Pros: The owners were the loveliest people! They provided a wonderful, filling breakfast in the morning and were always happy to provide tips on where to eat or where to go. Antonio and his family were all so kind and welcoming. The location is also fantastic. You’re a minute walk from the beach, and an 18 minute drive to Zingaro Nature Reserve. San Vito Lo Capo is a hidden gem and Iride Hotel compliments it beautifully.

Pros: The staff were very nice it was a family run place and it was clean. They provided us with a bed and basic breakfast. NOt to my taste cheap cereal with nice yoghurt. Lots of cheese and cakes no eggs and bread wasnt that nice Lots of fruit to pick from.

Cons: The bed was not comfortable it was noisy and the pillows were very flat. The AC was blasting down on whoever was in the bed beside it. Had to pay for parking 10 euros a day including 146 a night for uncomfortable bed. People were nice as I said but not worth the money.

Pros: The friendly welcome from Cartia and her family Felt like we were at home were offered a drink Coffee upon arrival and when we would come and go , very helpful with restaurant recommendations ,

Pros: The family make you feel really welcome. Room was great, really clean and breakfast was lovely. Perfect location close to the beach, supermarket and town. Would definitely recommend.

Cons: Would have liked a kettle so that we could make a drink in the room. I missed my ☕️!

Pros: The room was large with a good sitting area. Also, the WiFi worked well in the room.

Pros: Great hospitality, nice and friendly staff. Perfect location. Availabilty of parking lot (extra paid 10 EUR/day), which is still a good option in San Vito. Spot on cleanliness.

Pros: The hotel is very close to the center and to the sea. I am quite happy about my choice.

Cons: The hairdryer didn’t work very well. I didn’t like the parking was not included. I was aware of it, but I think they could include it in the price.

Pros: Everything was spectacular- bellisimo! The staff was amazing, very accommodating. It felt like we were at grandmas house. One block away from the beach. Great breakfast with personal cornettos made for us every morning and cappuccinos! One morning we didn’t make it to breakfast and the staff saved us two chocolate cornettos. The staff called us a taxi on our last day with a discount. Incredible hospitality- would definitely recommend for your stay in San Vito Lo Capo.

Pros: Amazing breakfast and staff - it really went beyond our expectations. So friendly and welcoming, it was if we knew the owners and their family already. They treated us like gold. The food was unbelievably good and all the best of Sicilian foods were there. The staff couldn't have been kinder and more professional, they helped us with everything and more. We will happily return there if we are lucky enough to find a room available. 10/10!

Pros: Excellence hospitality - we felt very welcome. Small breakfast made with lots of love and a especially great coffee. The owners are very interested in making your stay most comfortably.

Pros: Araba Fenice is a small family owned hotel. It is very well located few steps from the beach and basically in the centre of San Vito lo Capo but not in the main road, which makes it quite and relaxing. When you make a reservation, make sure you check the room typology you are reserving. The hotel has one rather small room, it is lovely and comfortable and we were very happy there. However, if you expect a large room, make sure you book a regular one. Breakfast is simple, the pastries are excellent.

Pros: Location was excellent. A few streets from beach. Place was clean and very nice. Breakfast was okay.

Cons: Staff was not friendly. Girl at reception couldn't be bothered. We were checking out and couldn't find anyone to pay. She wasn't at the desk most of the time - even on arrival told us room not ready and was not thrilled when we wanted to leave our bags. I think with someone friendly this place would be better.

Pros: Very well located, close to the beach. The employee working there was super friendly and helpful.

Cons: I was disappointed with the cleaning of the room. There was a bikini and shower gel empty packs on the floor of the shower when we arrived. The hotel was very empty as it was the end of the season, so I don't think there are any excuses for poor cleaning. We were also given a room on street level, which stopped us from opening the windows as there was no safe bars to stop people from the street to get in.

Pros: The hotel is centrally located. It is clean and managed excellently by Danielle and staff who are very welcoming and friendly. Being vegans, Danielle went out of her way to cater for us at breakfast.

Staff went out of the way to make sure that the breakfast suited our custom requirements 4. One of the staff member (may be Mandi) was very very helpful and nice. 5. Hotel has a private area in the beach which they should surely market more as that facility was also great

Cons: 1. Hotel initially told us the use of private area of the beach is free and then another receptionist told us that we will have to pay €15, though she corrected but if it is free and worth €15 benefits then they should market it accordingly and let the guest know to make sure guest appreciates and there are no surprises. 2. Hotel policy need to be a bit more clearer- they should highlight payment of City tax in the booking.com listing. All other hotels in Sicily mention that.

Pros: Marvelous breakfast! A lot of fruits, juices, yogurt, big variety of patisseries, panini, and the best, they serve you with fresh capuccino and coffee from an expresso machine. The hotel facilities and rooms are new, have a parking and it is between the main streets. The staff is lovable and supported us all the moment.

Pros: Location was excellent to navigate the beach, eateries and exploring. A good breakfast and parking close by. I liked you could arrange space on the lido deck making access to the beach experience perfect! Also has a lift which was fantastic as we'd been travelling a month and had a number of bags.

Pros: Quiet hotel near the beach. Windows overlook the courtyard (in the courtyard there is a water tap to wash the feet from the sand after the beach). The room is small but very cozy, with good-quality wooden furniture and good plumbing. Breakfast is a buffet (coffee, croissants, sweets, etc.), and it's served on the roof of the hotel, which offers a wonderful view of the sea.

Pros: Great location with beach, restaurants, shops on your door step and lovely hosts. Nice buffet breakfast in morning. Having had the added bonus of being able to use beach chairs and umbrellas free of charge. Would definitely recommend.

Pros: Such a great location. 2 streets over from the busy Via Savoia so much quieter for sleeping yet so close to restaurants and shops. 50m from the beach and the umbrellas and beach chairs were of very good quality. Breakfast only 5 euros per person. Our room had a large armour so we could completely unpack and feel settled in. Bathroom was very clean and modern. Parking was a few minutes away but the parking lot attendance would pick you up at your hotel when you needed your car and then drop you off again when you were back from your journey. This was a great service as it was easier to drive from the parking lot than from the crowded, narrow streets where all the tourist action is. Owner very accommodating and friendly.

Pros: Close to the beach and you can use their chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The owner was very nice and friendly. We also had a connecting room for our son to stay in.

Cons: No wifi in the room, only in the reception area. Unnecessary to change towels everyday. Matresses and pillows not soft enough.

Pros: The location in front of the beach is fantastic. The room was clean and confortable. The terrace facing the see is a must. If you rent one of the three rooms with terrace ("superioir double room") the view from the room is unforgettable (we did not regret the extra money we paid for it!). Breakfast was ok. I did not try the Wi-fi connection. The veranda where breakfast is served is lovely.

Cons: Only very few TV channels are available and the quality of signal was very poor. But you don't go there to watch television ... And the garage is too expensive (18 Euro per night at the beginning of October seems too much).

Cons: The booking description of the room was inacurate. A "standard room with panoramic balcony" did not have a balcony nor a panoramic view. We were told by the staff that this misunderstanding was a quite frequent occurence... better change it on the booking site.

Cons: there was only one person who speaks english rather poorly, the rest can't speak english at all. It's unreasonably expensive for couples with children -- 250 Euro per day!

Cons: Booking.com had falsely described a jacuzzi bathtub, in fact there was no bathtub at all and the jucuzzi element was non existent. Free wifi was not included as per description it was 3 euros for 3 hrs at 120 euro a night this should be a basic facility. Booking.

Pros: The property is well located with direct access on the beach. We took the half board (usually we don’t) and the menu was good. Our main waiter made the difference and we had good chat on wine and great recommendation from him!

Cons: The picture are well done as it give you the impression of a private resort. Take out the map and recheck the location - it is not! So just realize it! The location is great but with our taste we will have become nuts during high season- so think when you go there The wall are really really badly sound proof. Hopefully no young crying baby next door else you will have same night as young parents

Pros: We were here at the end of October, at the close of their season and had only a few hours on our arrival day to enjoy sunshine at the beach. However, the enjoyment of the stunning location was not diminished even on the cloudy, windy, rainy days. The concierge staff was always friendly and helpful, especially with dinner recommendations, (and making the reservations, as it being the end of the season not many restaurants were still open for business). In addition, the hotel restaurant staff provided outstanding service and an excellent breakfast with many hot and cold options; this was included in our cost and was a true plus. The lounge on level 4 was beautiful as well, with indoor and outdoor seating available: A nice touch. The property was a short car ride away from the Riservo Naturale Zingaro and a visit and hike here is highly recommended. The views are not to be missed.

Cons: When we arrived room was dusty and dust could be find even in the cups. No ventilation in the bathroom. Wellness area was under restoration, but there was no information until we have have arrived. Resting room on the rooftop was leaking during the rain. Quite noisy from the street due to ventilation.

Cons: The property was described as having a fully equipped kitchen, however it didn’t,it had a fridge and sink and that was all, very disappointed with the facilities available in the property.

Pros: The camping has a really good location. It's far enough from the town but still close. The beach is only a couple minutes away. The room was small but enough for a one night stay. Everything was spotless. Our lunch in the restaurant was delicious. The breakfast was really good and plenty.

Cons: The only thing I missed from the room was a kettle and a couple of glasses and maybe a spoon. But that's all.

Pros: Perfect place for family holidays. Location is great and everything in camping is super!
