10,0 Excellent
Pros: Superb hotel ! Renovated rooms. Super clean , staff very friendly and bilingual ... in city center very close to all attractions ! Paid parking is available.
Cons: Getting to the hotel...
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Top-notch location. Step out of the front door for instant access to either the waterfront or to the superb shopping area.
Cons: Breakfast room was a bit chaotic. Very busy and too slow to replenish staples e.g. cups and cutlery and especially hot foods.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Brilliant location
Cons: The view from the room
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Resteraunt fine for breakfast but poorly furnished for dinner, bed very firm. Breakfast to expensive
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hotel with friendly and helpfull staff. Nice clean room and good internet speed. Superb breakfast buffet with lots of tasty choices.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location.
Cons: Needs some renovation.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location right next to the marina in Cartagena with nice views out to sea. Car parking available. Very nice room with a terrace and sitting area outside, would be very nice in warmer weather.
Cons: Parking very tight and not cheap, you have to go down in a lift and bigger cars may struggle with the width of the entrance, then once in the parking very little room to maneuver, but this typical of city center parking.
7,5 Good
Pros: Fantastic location. Fantastic staff.
Cons: Hotel is a bit dated. I was given room 212 which I recommend you avoid despite the outstanding view. Bathroom was dangerous. I could not reach the taps without getting into the bath due to the design of the bathroom and a fixed shower screen. Excellent staff changed my room the next morning. Isn’t it time hotels like this got rid of old fashioned baths and put in modern walk-in showers?
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location, quiet with a great breakfast. Helpful reception staff.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The location is fantastic, very central to main street, Roman theatre and other attractions all easy walking distance. The restaurant, although having a fairly small menu, was very good food. The tapas were very good, the evening meal was also very good and breakfast had a very good variety/choice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and we would certainly visit again and would also recommend to others.
Cons: The rooms were quite small, but comfortable. There were a couple of areas in the rooms that were not cleaned perfectly, but did not distract from using it or warrant a complaint. Under the bed in one room was very dirty, but the rest of the floor was clean. One bin was not emptied in another room, but not the end of world. Everything else was good.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Centrally located, comfortable and quiet
Cons: Nothing not to like

9,0 Excellent
Pros: The Hotel is both very clean and very well furnished. The beds were comfortable and large. The rooms had good air con and heating and the bathrooms were very well appointed and clean. The location is great for walking to the old town of Cartagena and nearby are restaurants and good shopping.
Cons: The Hotel is located on a very busy dual carriageway and it can be a little noisy when you are trying to sleep, especially if you like to sleep with a window open. Closed and the noise was acceptable.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was Spanish style and very good. Good location. About 10 minutes walk to historical sights and bars and restaurants.
Cons: Single room had connecting door which provided very poor sound proofing. I could hear the person in the next room sneeze!
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Good hotel with underground parking next door (at extra cost), well situated for the town centre
Cons: Our bathroom had a bad smell of drains that did not go away even after flushing water down the shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet. The smell may have come from an adjacent room as it disappeared in the morning but it reappeared in the afternoon and night. We had to keep the toilet door closed and the extractor fan running all night both days we were there. The smell was unpleasant but not bad enough to require us to move rooms or to report it to Reception, as we did not want the hassle of being moved or having a plumber or cleaner in. We just kept the toilet door closed.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean renovated premises with a perfect buffet breakfast.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The Hotel has been re decorated and I was pleased with the comfort and cleanliness of the room . Felt very new and modern, whilst actually being quite compact. The Location is central but for car parking the entry is only from one direction due to Major road layout. Hotel is quiet and relaxing.
Cons: Notification and identifying access to Parking could be better, Parking charges were not clearly defined on website, Not very clear instructions from staff upon initial check in about were breakfasts were or times etc Still these are minor points

6,7 Good
Pros: Right next to a fantastic beach. Close to supermarkets and cafes (not restaurants) Spa was excellent Very cheap for what you're getting, so good value.
Cons: Staff have very poor English and many notifications are not translated No response to advance email queries (likely because in English) Many paid extras, such as safe keys and deck chairs, although this is how they keep the price low Cleaning staff march into rooms with little warning About 30 minutes walk from any good Spanish restaurants (Asian restaurant next door though) Breakfast coffee and orange juice very poor quality No coffee at all at lunchtime buffet.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: No food available most of the time limited choice no labelling food poor tasting
4,0 Okay
Pros: The room was lovely, and we have a beautiful view! Was lovely for relaxing around the pool and on the beach Good drink measurements
Cons: Most of the staff couldn’t speak English We were over charged for our room and they wouldn’t listen Full of rude Spanish people and kept staring at us like we were animals or something The all inclusive drink hours until 7pm was bad because we then had to pay for drinks at night The food was OK some days but other times was shockingly bad! You have to make sure you get to breakfast early too or everything is gone. We ate out whenever there was no food or the food just looked to bad defiantly a place for just Spanish people wouldn’t recommend to English and I wish I knew this before booking! Also one of the cleaners kept talking to us loudly in Spanish and every time I said “I’m English I don’t know what your saying” she would then carry on talking Spanish and loud like she’s shouting , crazy women
