The apartment was fully refurbished in 2017 to include a 3rd double bedroom with sliding patio door leading directly out onto terrace, both bathrooms have been refitted (ensuite with large bath & separate shower cubicle, family shower room to include large walk-in wet room style shower), furniture & fittings upgraded to include minimum 400 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, luxury soft as down hypoallergenic duvets & luxury towels. Outdoor furniture has also been upgraded to rattan sun loungers & cushions including one rocking lounger. The property has also been redecorated throughout. The private 25ft sun terrace with built-in BBQ overlooks the tennis club & sea, there are 2 communal outdoor pools, & use of the indoor pool complex with changing rooms (Los Olivos guests only). The apartment currently benefits from sitting/dining room with 43 inch Smart TV with SKY sports, netflix etc; FREE unlimited Internet access, BOSE bluetooth speaker (to play music from your iPhone), kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, purified water machine, coffee machine with frother & coffee grinder & smoothie maker. The apartment also benefits from air conditioning & central heating, washing machine & tumble dryer (in family shower room), hairdryers & Baylis & Harding soaps. La Manga Resort: La Manga is a popular destination all year round, offering temperatures circa 65-70 degrees in the winter, and 85-95 degrees in high summer. It is very accessible either from Murcia Airport (20 mins transfer) or Alicante airport (50 mins by car). The resort now benefits from a good number of restaurants & bars - La Finca & Asia are particularly highly recommended for that more exclusive dinner or Luigis do a great pizza! The resort is set up in the mountains, but within a 10 minute drive of either La Manga's imported beach (with fish restaurant open high summer only) or local beaches. The local market in Cabo de Palos also offers some great bargains!!

We furnished and fitted out this villa with love as a get away for ourselves rather than with the intention of renting. Everything is modern, brand new and fitted to a highest standard. The floors and bathrooms are marble with air-conditioning throughout. We have provided lovely comfortable beds, 2 x superking and one king bed plus two twins and 2 sofa beds. Everything is far above the basic facilities and as this is our first time renting we are hoping that our guests will enjoy and care for our lovely home. Our accommodation is 4 large bedrooms, the master bedroom is en suite and has its own private terrace area. A sofa bed is provided in the main lounge and another sofa bed is in the basement den. Even at maximum occupancy the villa doesn't feel over crowded. Most guests at La Manga have a hire car, and there is private parking right in front of the villa, but for those that want to use the free resort bus, it stops a few minutes level walk away with just a few steps up to the villa. Once home you are in a beautiful location with massive terrace, sun loungers for everyone, a bbq and a panoramic view to die for. Restaurants and cafe are a short walk away but we love the fact that our villa is private so you can play music, relax and enjoy peace and quiet. We have installed a satellite dish to rival Nasa so you can enjoy British TV if you have had enough sunshine and swimming. On the ground floor we have a "den" (air-conditioned) with xbox 360 and sofa bed, plus air hockey table and table tennis table in the garage. We have a cot and stair gates available and have installed a gate to close off the pool area if necessary for extra peace of mind. For the sun lovers we have a wrap around terrace and sunbathing area around our pool that has sun from morning until night, then enjoy dining alfresco on the terrace or relaxing on the double rocking chair! La Manga Club is a beautiful, established 1400 acre resort which is famous for its sporting facilities. Three of Europe's finest golf courses, a 28 court tennis centre, 8 pitch professional football centre, and some of the finest property in Europe. There are sporting academies for both adults and children in tennis, golf, cricket and of course football with Barcelona offering a weeks camp here in the summer. There are also many sporting superstars in residence, so keep your eyes open! The resort also has a children's club catering for younger children. Take a drive to La Manga Strip, the narrow strip that separates the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor. Here you can find water skiing, jet skis, sailing, windsurfing, paddle boards and much more. The resort offers 20 top quality restaurants from American to Asian, numerous pools, an extensive array of bars, clubs and a resort favourite, The Last Drop. The Spa is beyond fabulous with an indoor pool and fitness club, plus there is a 5 star hotel within La Manga Club, don't miss the Piano Bar, and an array of shops and services. Las Atalayas is a recently completed community located behind the North golf course right next to Las Lomas and Buena Vista. Our villa has the finest panoramic views and one of only two villas in the community to have its own full size pool (6m x 3.5m). Las Atalayas is in a prime location, less than a minute's walk to the nearest tennis court, the Peninsula Club, mini market at Deli Café, and 2 restaurants. The resort’s free transport stops at Las Lomas which is a few minutes walk away. There is so much to do, a week just isn't enough, or indeed you can just relax and do nothing.
Buena Vista No 1, A beautiful modern gated detached private Villa, fully air conditioned, with its own private heated pool and full Satellite TV. The villa is immaculately furnished to the highest possible standard so that everything you need for the perfect holiday is provided. (Please note that Pool heat is an extra if required) The villa is large, spacious and airy constructed in 2008 by one of the La Manga Club resorts premier builders, the build quality is second to none with marble floors, stairs cases and bathrooms, with 4 terraces to admire The furnishings and the ambiance are very high quality and show exquisite taste. Perfect for a couple, family holiday, or for a group of golfers or tennis players, football players etc who would like to enjoy the Clubs facilities. An extra Z bed can be provided if required to accommodate an extra person (please note there would be an extra fee for ths). A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge if required. The Buena Vista community is one of the newest at the Resort. Located on the hill by the North Golf Course with great panoramic views over the golf course and within easy distance of the facilities at Las Lomas Village. There is a mixture of modern apartments and villas, some with pools and many with great views over the North Course. On the first floor is a large open plan "L" shaped lounge, an 8 seater dining table, satellite TV, Xbox 360, a fully equipped kitchen with built in dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a cloak room on this level. There are also two furnished terraces one of which has access from the lounge or dining area, this makes it perfect for large family gatherings. On the second floor is the master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite full bathroom, There is also access to the swimming pool from both the bedroom and the bathroom. There is also a large furnished terrace on this floor accessible from the landing or the bedroom with magnificent views. On the ground floor the second bedroom has twin beds and is full en-suite, the third and fourth bedrooms also have twin beds and share the other bathroom which has twin sinks shower and toilet. The villa has a secure electric gated driveway suitable for up to 2 cars leading up to the car port. There is an entrance leading to the ground floor and stairs leading up to the first floor level with another entrance in to the home. The terrace on the first floor has a BBQ, a large tiled patio, an 8 seater table and chairs plus patio sofa and chairs and has plenty of space so that you can enjoy a warm sunny breakfast or lunch and some Al Fresco dining in the evening. The swimming pool has sunshine all day with sun loungers and an area with further seating, the pool can be heated for a an extra charge in the winter months. The views across La Manga Club and the North Golf course are stunning. Our home is Professionally managed in the resort, the management company provide a meet and greet with the keys to the property. Prices include linen & towels and beach towels. La Manga Club This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa enjoys fantastic panoramic views over the golf course and mountains in the Buena Vista community of La Manga Club. With 4 terraces the villa enjoys full summer and winter sun throughout the day. La Manga Club is any golfer's dream destination. There are 3 Championship golf courses sprawling between palm trees, lakes and barrancas. The North and South courses both have 18th greens finishing by the hotel and the West course boasts stunning views, lush scenery and winding fairways.
