Nice small hotel ...very nice ambience and kind service

Beautiful property, great rooms, excellent location and I wish I could give the staff here 100/10! They were just so friendly and accommodating and incredibly customer service oriented. It felt like we were in our own gorgeous and incredibly well staffed villa for four nights. We brought our baby and stayed for four nights and they all made friends with the baby, accommodated him with a crib and a high chair, made him food in the morning, washed his bottles for us, etc. I also needed to take some calls during the week and they were super accommodating with providing a work space.

No bathtubs (very nice showers), no elevator (left the stroller downstairs and carried the baby), and inconsistent WiFi in room 3/4 although great WiFi downstairs.

Loved everything about Hotel Quadrifolio, especially the fantastic service and the friendly staff. Breakfast was included with our booking, and it was a wonderful start to the day in the courtyard dining area. We used the rooftop hot tub a couple times and it was such a nice place to relax. The room was amazing (it was the junior suite); nicely decorated with high ceilings and always so promptly cleaned.

We had been excited to use the pool but unfortunately while we were there it was undergoing maintenance.

24 hour staff available who were fluent in English and Spanish, breakfast was delicious and location in the old town was perfect! Room was a good size with Apple music and Netflix available.

No lift but staff were very helpful, and bed had cooling sheets on them and no duvet so was quite cold at night. Shower was hot/cold sometimes and Wi-Fi would slow down sometimes. No bottled water provided in room.

Incredible hospitality / service, big rooms, comfortable beds, amazing bathrooms, and overall very clean! They have breakfast included and serve you specifically, it's not like a buffet. It's in a great location in the old city.
