Breakfast area , spacious and comfortable sitting area
Room wasn't fresh. It smell strangely. No shower facilities on other floors but only on Ground level.
The large public space and kitchen. Price was in principle the lowest for single use that night in Cardiff. I enjoyed in principle. The staffs, most of them, are kind. The location is not excellent but good to reach the city center. In principle, the price deserved for that night.
WIFi was poor at the upper floor. The window was not completely protective against the draft. I hope it will be fixed. Room was a bit cold. The toilet could have been warmer... The price was okay but I could have spent 10 GBP more for IbisBudget’s Great Deal price that night. And the price I paid was okay but not competitive.
I love the staff. They were friendly
The occupants were lousy and racist
The location was very good and central in Cardiff. The breakfast was basic and did the job.
I didn't like the lack of shower facilities and the cleanliness of the bed. Some sheets in my room hadn't been changed since the last person left. No one was staying in the beds but it still comes across disorganised.
-Good value for money. -Good location, close to the city center, just 5 minutes walk to one of the main streets. -Bread, cereals, coffee are included for breakfast. -24 hour reception.
-The bathroom was dirty and smelly. -There were no lockers in the room. -Not many electric sockets in the room.
